Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Used them for both selling and purchasing. Requested William Speakman as he has been mentioned in previous reviews and he was wonderful. Kept me in the loop every step of the way. Always returned my (many) calls if he was unable to take them immediately.

We were skeptical using a firm we haven’t used before and also at a slightly higher cost however ADK was recommended by our agents so we decided to go for it and this was a great idea from the off. The whole purchase was 8 weeks from offer to completion and Tom Ellor could not have been more helpful and efficient if he tried. He was lovely and very good at what he does. We absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to use ADK again.

Tom did a fantastic job securing our new flat and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted. He kept me updated the whole way through and was super easy to communicate with.
