Stayed for one night to attend local function. The hotel had ample parking and staff very welcoming.

We were pleased with the room and it was spotless. This was really good value at £50 per couple per room with optional breakfast at £10 whilst booking ,or £12.50 per
person after booking.

We would not hesitate to stay here again pity they don't have other hotels in different locations

I booked this room for my husband's 65th birthday as a surprise for two nights we were very impressed the room was more like a small suite the view was amazing lots of windows to look out, bed was very comfortable , staff polite and professional, no complaints for room quality we stayed in room 340 definitely want to go back only one thing to be negative about, i ordered a bottle of wine to the cost of £18 it was cheap plonk that went down the sink, i would not recommend the wine. You can get a lovely bottle of eaglehawk chardonnay for £6 in tesco which i would be happy paying £18 in a top class hotel like this one. Appart from that we had an amazing time.

Best hotel to stay in Bolton, trust me we have tried them all over the last 30 years, we have family here so we have tried them all!! Would not hesitate to recommend to you otherwise.
Great location central to a whole host of attractions. Really clean & tidy bed was a little creaky when you moved around but i think this is because it is used as seating when the football is on.

Good hotel in a great location for travelling around Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Good facilities and very efficient and friendly staff. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and very comfortable bed. A very enjoyable stay was enhanced with the surrounding choice of restaurants and bars and entertainment ie Cinema and Ten pin bowls.

excellent
We would have liked the other restaurants to have been open on Sunday.
Also, the 'Reflections' restaurant is no longer generally available - pity
Generally excellent service in every way
The accommodation was good, the service excellent, and the food good.

We were at first given a twin room even though we booked a double room online but this was changed immediately when I asked for a double.
A very nice hotel.
Breakfast was excellent!

Fabulous stay as usual, we had a disabled room with a pitchside view.
Good location, especially for football fans
Only criticism is that some disabled rooms are on 'in between floors'
Will be visiting again definitely

Terrific hotel breakfast was great, hot buffet, cold selection, coffee (using real beans) everything you could wish for. If you don't fancy eating in the hotel just 5/10 min walk is all the eating places you would need.

well equipped hotel serviced by staff who give great service. If you love football the views of the ground and pitch are for you. Good quality room service that arrived promptly and hot. Plentiful breakfast.

Good points - lovely breakfast with good service at this time. Bad points - arrived late in evening on a saturday with a sleeping 4 month old baby. Got up to the room and no cot as requested in the room so had to wait 30 mins for one to be brought up, by which time baby was awake. Men in neighbouring room then returned to their room at 2 am for a party with people from another room and spent the next hour and a half chatting and playing music - baby woken again by this and doors slamming etc. All in all not a great hotel for doing what you booked it for - sleeping. Leisure facilities could do with a spruce up - lots of tiles fallen off in the steam room and some damp has affected the lockers. Not sure I would venture here again - not asked on leaving how my stay was so didn't raise the issue.

3rd time of visiting when my team play at Bolton, very friendly and efficient staff. Good bar area, with a good selection of food and drink at a reasonable price for a hotel. Clean comfy rooms, with leisure facilities. Good location within easy reach of motorways.

I've stayed at this hotel about 10 times this year this time it was a family trip and excuse for me to watch Bolton play we went for a football package .

You just need to be aware the amount of traffic and people around if you want to do something straight after or before you need to give yourself more time to get around as traffic after the match was at a standstill but it's kind of what you expect after a football game.

The room was nice but there on the small side and are expensive for what they are .

But saying that The hotel is very nice the facilities are great The staff are some of the nicest I've had to deal with and remember you even though they haven't seen you in two years.
The bar staff and breakfast staff are by far very polite and helpful very good with my two year old daughter when she was grumpy .

We will be back for the Leeds game I'm looking forward to coming back .

I stayed in this hotel for a few days on business and it was top class. The welcome was warm and helpful, the facilities were great and the room was very comfortable. The food was lovely and i had the best sleep in a long time after a long day of meetings. I would highly recommend this hotel for either business or pleasure! A great stay!

I always choose this hotel when in the area ad it beats all the others hands down. Getting a little tired though and needs overhaul. I write th this from a room in a dakota hotel which is superb in comparison.

A good stay as usual when visiting family nearby. Spacious, clean room. Comfortable beds. Gym and swimming pool access for free.

Recommended! Lots to do nearby with shops, coffee shops, chain eateries and of course the football stadium.

As we spent our wedding night at this hotel, my husband and myself decided to stay here for our 10th wedding anniversary. When we checked in, we were greeted by Liam on reception who welcomed us and congratulated us on our anniversary. When we arrived in our fantastic, pitch view room, there was a card and a complimentary box of chocolates from the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn't get time to try out the pool or gym but we will do when we stay again! A great hotel eith great staff and amenities.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip.
Staff were really friendly and super helpful.
Rooms were clean and purposeful and the breakfast came with all the trimmings including black pudding.
Located close to the retail centre which has a good choice of restaurants.
Would stay there again if I needed to as great value for money.

Stayed here many times when in the area on business and never had any issues to date. Clean tidy rooms, with ironing board and iron if you need one. Very good WiFi set up, very good breakfast plus decent evening meals to be had in the restaurant or as a bar meal. Would agree with other reviews that bar prices are a little steep but guess that's the norm in most hotels these days!

This hotel is made extra special by the fantastically warm Northern welcome you receive at all times. NOTHING is too much trouble for their staff.

A hotel is only as good as the people working there.
I have travelled the world, and the only other hotel which came close to the staff professionalism and warmth was when I stayed in Thailand to marry my Thai wife.
