Staff very welcoming but hotel not officially opening until 6 July so no refreshment facilities in the room.

Excellent Stay. Staff were brilliant and organised a tour around the Stadium for my partner whose birthday it was and I'd arranged a birthday weekend around the Bolton match but it was cancelled! The staff were so kind to take time out to show us round.

B & B perfect, staff friendly, a perfect location, very handy for the North west. The room is comfortable and cosy and quiet. Good shower and plenty of towels and I do like the trouser press.
Breakfast is very good and a nice choice and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Dinner and bar are different service is slow and forgetful and food when it arrives is either cold or wrong. Service at bar slow

Return Stay
I have stayed here several times now, tried a few other in the area but this is by far the best one for us and close to the family we visit. Staff are pleasant, food orders take a while to come out but it’s good, breakfast is fantastic. Worth a visit

Location was perfect for my trip Pitch view room was amazing - good fun! Nice spacious clean room Tea, coffee, water and biscuits in room Nice big bathroom and decent shower Really good cooked breakfast - nice eggs! Nice bar area
No room safe ( or I couldn’t find it! ) Only one person on reception so had to wait to check in because they were on the phone when I arrived

Pleasant stay
Ideal location for the comic con we attended. Close proximity to restaurants and shops.
Bar is very expensive. Ongoing work in the spa facilities meant there eas no changing rooms, so had to walk through the hotel in a bathrobe
