good value and well appointed, if a little tired
Although showing it's years here and there, this is still a quality hotel with a very friendly atmosphere. The rooms are well laid out and reasonably well appointed. Breakfast buffet was good, decent shower too.
The bed, oh dear the bed - uncomfortable beyond belief.

Great staff and great, spacious conference rooms that we were able to occupy on the day with a fantastic view of the pitch. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate every request - especially Peter the events manager!

Nice, enjoyable, a good sleep
Very comfy bed and helpful staff
Noise as my room very near the bar area. But it was manageable and stopped at a reasonable time. The wine I wanted had run out with only more expensive options available.

Travelled for an evening at the stadium and everyone was so attentive. Rooms were perfect and clean, breakfast hit the spot after a long night. Nicely priced as well. Will definitely be going back. Will upgrade to the pitch view on next visit.

Family visit
We stayed two nights and were very pleased with the accommodation, very clean rooms. Reasonably priced food, very friendly staff. Location worked well for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant stay .. clean and tidy and very friendly staff. Only downside if any is that the rooms could have bigger TV's and I paid to have a room with plugs by the bed and there were none but bar that all fine . Breakfast was delicious and loved how close to the shops we were

Lovely relaxing stay
Breakfast was lovely, location for us was great, attending a modellers convention in the Premier Suite so it suited us great, close to shops and lots of restaurants etc.
Didn't know about the hairdresser until I was leaving, maybe there was a leaflet in room I didn't see?

For a hotel in a football stadium they had BT sport but not Sky sports which was a shame as we had to go back to the room and watch on my iPad

Hotel was very clean the staff were very friendly the breakfast in the morning was more than enough just a shame you cant step upon the football terraces dure in your stay but I'm sure that's because of health and safety reasons, Would defintely stay again.

Brilliant Staff. So helpful, chatty & friendly. Good location but a bit of a walk if you want to use buses rather than taxis. Nice quiet room although a bit sparsely furnished.
Still playing catch up with sorting out minor problems in the rooms but do seem to finally be getting on top of things. Could do with more than one real ale on as it is smack bang in the middle of a real drinking area.
