The experience matches the description on the website. The view from the Pitch View room is spectacular. Access to the local retail park and food outlets is superb No negatives

Convenient for my trip Location was good, and room a reasonable size. Ample parking Room was a little tired and smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

All well apart from what is mentioned herein above All was well but recommend that have some provision of having cooling system please. it was to hot on the day and so was the room temperature throughout the night. Appreciate that a fan was provided, which wasn't functioning well. Room was quite hot, otherwise house keeping was good. You might be aware that there is some maintenance required in the bathroom.

Very good Friendly staff on check in and check out. Hotel room looks dated and in need of a refurbishment. I probably wouldn't stay here again. I thought the price of £129 room only was a bit on the high side. I assumed this was because it was a match day.

Great hotel and location It is a great hotel, I was given a room overlooking the pitch so it was a great view (see the photo from my room). Room was very spacious and clean. Good shower, the room even had a steam iron and ironing board as well as trouser press. Excellent cooked breakfast, self service buffet style. Its location is very convenient for the motorway network The wasn't anything I didn't like.

Bolton 3 Fleetwood 1. It's the home of my beloved football team. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We had a pitch view room with a fantastic view of the pitch. Was nice to look out and see the groundsmen putting the stripes back on the pitch the following morning. Talking to maintenance and cleaners sharing memories of the team and our late father's. Breakfast was good too. Early and late check in out as part of the package I booked. Parking free in front of the hotel. Will be even better when rooms are refurbished The rubbish referee.

No real complaints and will stay again. It’s obviously a fantastic location for match day. Staff all friendly and very helpful Disappointed that the “penthouse” rooms are not pitch facing. I’d originally booked a pitch view room, I’d gotten a notification that I could “upgrade” my stay to the penthouse for an extra £24 which seemed reasonable. “Upgrading” was not what I’d expected, this is in part my fault for not reading that the upgrade is just the larger room without pitch view.
