Double Bed too small, upgrade to King Size, fresh Tea and Coffee not added for second day...had to go to Reception. Also, could donwith some IPA beer at the bar

The whole places need a major refurb. The rooms are very dated and even smell old.
The carpets in the communal areas have lost their patterns through wear.
The beds are super springy and could do with renovation. My bedding whilst clean was ripped.
The staff are great and friendly, but sadly they are only part of the reason people come to hotels

Nice hotel but cut corners on water and hairdryer in the room
The location was good for me and the staff were friendly
There wasn’t a bottle of water in the room which was disappointing and the hairdryer was poor. Low power and had to keep your finger connected to the power button. Not want a would expect from this grade of hotel . I also feel breakfast should have been included in the price and served from 6-6:30am not 7am. 7am is too late for business travellers.

Check-in was a nightmare rooms were not ready until nearly 5pm & we’d been travelling from 4.30am. Breakfast was chaos. Coffee machines not working or extremely slow . No milk for cereal. Lack of selection of pastries Cleaning beer lines for 4 hours in the middle of the day when the hotel is fully booked leaving no draft available and then running out of certain drinks.

Friendly staff, warm welcome and a good nights sleep.
Friendly welcome from the reception staff with some good information about future bookings. Bar and restaurant staff also offered the same friendly welcome. Loved the matchday menu and enjoyed the homemade fish, chips and mushy peas. There was a good atmosphere around the hotel as a few football fans checked in or popped in for pre match drinks. The suite was spacious and had toiletries, bath robes and slippers. Had a restful, undisturbed nights sleep.
Some of the furniture in the room was a bit scuffed and the carpet had a few stains. The room looked a little tired but nothing a lick of paint and deep clean wouldn't fix.

Lovely weekend at the Bolton Stadium Hotel. Rooms very clean with every amenity in the room, Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, tea making facilities. My only criticism is the shortage of staff on such a busy weekend which caused queues to order food and drinks. The food orders were slow to be delivered, but was well presented and tasty , All staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant considering the pressure they were all under.

Fantastic stay for Pink!
Brilliant as we were going to the Pink Concert at the stadium. The hotel put on a party and free face painting and really mad an effort. Parking was limited to guests only which was great too and they provided lanyards so only guests staying at the hotel could get in after the concert. Overall a fantastic night

Corporate Summer Ball.
Was a corporate function with work colleagues and the hotel has access to the function suite. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel complex is fine. The location is not ideal for access to the M6 Southbound.

The facilities outside of the room were good and the staff were friendly, The breakfast was good.
The main issue with the room itself was the bed. It squeaked loudly with every movement (which wasn’t ideal given we had a 5 month old sleeping in the room), and it had hidden poles at the end, which due to it being a small room my wife and I both stubbed our toes on (we ended up putting our bags there). I believe this was due to it being a pull down bed given the room is also used for hospitality. We told the front desk staff about this and his response was that he knew and the rooms need to be refurbished.

Excellent location/Setting for the Pink concert. Early check-in appreciated. Friendly and helpful staff.
Reflections lounge had about 20 seats .... no where near enough. Partner had broke her ankle the week before so on crutches....sadly no where for her to sit so had to leave. Breakfast disorganised...no coffee cups. No bread for toaster. No small plates. Breakfast option very limited with hardly any options available. No orange juice available either. Not what is expected sadly

Dafür gut erreichbar und problemloses kostenloses Parken. Check-in ab 15:00 Uhr mit sehr freundlicher Rezeption.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber aber auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bad / WC ebenfalls sauber und in der Dusche sogar ein temperaturgesteuerter Wasserhahn. Dafür eher einfach am Waschbecken und Vorsicht die Warmhinweise "Hot Water" haben durchaus ihre Berechtigung.
Das Frühstück wird als Buffet serviert, ist in Ordnung und entspricht in Auswahl und Qualität dem Hotelstandard. Frühstückszeit ab 07:00. D. h. bei früherer Abreise ist kein Lunch-Paket verfügbar/angeboten.
Der Preis günstig und passend zum Ambiente.
Ein Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte oder Geschäftsreisen. Meines Erachtens weniger ein Urlaubshotel für Familien.
Insoweit war ich zufrieden und würde bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt wieder dort buchen.
Last but not leased wird mit Zugehörigkeit zur Radisson-Gruppe geworben aber die Membershipcard der Gruppe jst dort noch nicht bekannt.
