Perfect for an overnight business trip stay. Great breakfast and good value for money. Great location. Single beds too small in the twin room I was allocated.

pleasant and functional- very good breakfast modern looking. peaceful sanitary ware needs attention especially plug holes and room furnishings a little dated - need to state if the rooms you have booked do not have stadium view I was a little disappointed at my view of the carpark

Great experience as Bolton fans. That we got a good pitch view. Dated hotel room but still very comfortable. Only able to make 1 cup of tea per person not enough tea bags and milk.

Fab room if you're a football fan, side step the breakfast, not worth the money Room was excellent, with a stunning view across the stadium. We paid £12 for breakfast which was disappointing, food was cold and there were no veggie options. Tinned fruit, no fresh fruit. Breakfast, for the money we'd have been better going to Asda

loved every minute. the location is ideal for night out in Manchester as it’s situated by the train station and costs a fraction of the price of a city hotel. the staff are great and really friendly. the rooms are quiet and there is plenty free car parking. breakfast is buffet style and always very good. nothing

Fabulous pitchside package
We stayed in two rooms for our son’s birthday (one pitchside, one standard). We watched the match from the balcony which was ACE! The rooms are basic but were clean and nicely presented and it was fab to make a nice warm drink at half time (no alcohol allowed on balcony during the game which we thought was fair). The hotel staff had very kindly laid out some birthday surprises for our 10 year old’s birthday. (Thank you Ben who took the booking and was so lovely!) What a fab extra touch. Really made him feel special and was so much appreciated! Breakfast was nice and all the staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing too much trouble. Parking free just need to register at reception. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Ideal location for the game. It is an ideal location for the football. Rooms are comfortable and have everything that you need. The breakfast is amazing. The staff were fantastic, (young girl at breakfast, blonde hair in ponytail) she was so helpful with information etc. Nothing, everything was great.

I was very surprised at the quality of the room, you wouldn't normally associate football stadiums with Hotels but this place has nailed it for the price and what you get i think it's on the money

Fine for a working night away I didn’t book breakfast. The room was fine but not particularly well insulated from noise (external traffic noise as well as other hotel residents)

Really enjoyable lift to all floors. any amount of breakfast you needed Couldn't hear the road outside Large mugs for coffee or tea. difficult to see the door 'catch' as the light was off outside our room. Only 1 comfy chair but there was room for 2. Bathroom could do with refurb. No hot chocolate

A handy stopover and great novelty stay for a football fan. easy to get to from motorway. easy parking. views of the pitch were great, and room itself was clean. Dinner service was poor, we waited with dirty plates after our meal infront of us for over half an hour, and no offer for more drinks. Even when did get them over, waitress took drink order but only brought 2 out of 3 ordered back. Breakfast was ok, although all the fruit was clearly out of a tin and not appetising.

Called in for a coffee so I could sit and reminisce about a seminal moment for CFC which occurred at this stadium.
