Nottingham - Sadly I have got some pretty serious health issues so sometimes having to work and manage things at home isn’t easy. The guys coming in really helps out. They do regular cleans all of which is fine and will come in and do other bits as and when. Ive never had any issues with their cleans and they do look out for me and the cat which is a big plus. The staff being consistent is another big plus and knowing they are properly insured etc and looking after my keys is also reassuring.

I can highly recommend Bright and Beautiful in Worthing. The team did a fantastic job with a blitz clean after I had the same tenants for 12 years. Those places that I didn’t expect to see much done came up as new. Thank you girls, great job!

I have been using Bright & Beautiful Worthing for over 4 years, and I cannot praise Carla and her team enough. My home is always beautifully clean, the products smell fabulous and are environmentally friendly. The joy of coming home to a clean home never diminishes, and the team always provide those extra touches that make it feel like a hotel experience; the towels are always neatly folded, kitchen roll and toilet paper folded, cushions plumped and placed just so. I know these may sound like small things, but it is the detail that sets Bright & Beautiful apart. Some would say paying to have your home cleaned is a luxury, but for me, it allows me to work full time safe in the knowledge my home is kept clean and tidy. Over the 4+ years I have used Bright & Beautiful, standards have never dipped, and it is wonderful to deal with a business that delivers exactly what it promises.

I have been having my house cleaned by Bright & Beautiful Ipswich for 3 years now and over this time they have supported my family beyond words, especially when my husband was ill and we had carers coming back and forth. They just deal with whatever is in front of them. Their teams are really well trained, so professional and do everything they say so that I can trust them.

We've been using Bright and Beautiful Nottingham for several months now and it's been a big weight off our minds. Sash's teams do a great job on our house and we've never had any issues. They're always very accommodating if we ask them not to touch an area (we do a lot of craft projects) and they're good with ours cats too. Not having to spend our weekends cleaning has been a big help!

We've been using B&B Worthing for almost 5 years and continue to be really happy with their services. Carla and her team are friendly and professional and Charlie, Tracy and Hollie, who do a fantastic job taking care of our home, are a pleasure to have around. Carla gets the attention to detail required to really make a home Bright & Beautiful. If any issues do occasionally arise then they are managed efficiently. Yes, a managed service is more expensive but the business is run ethically and fairly and we have peace of mind in the security of our home and those spending time in it.

Wow ! This is an impressive and super professional team. Punctual, cheerful and polite. I was amazed by the attention to detail, the thoroughness of the jobs done, and their speed. My kitchen has never been so clean before. My living room looks fantastic and everything smells so fresh. My bathrooms are quite literally shining. I opted to have a deep clean of a house which my family and I are moving into. Our local franchise boss is Alison. She’s very helpful and accommodating and came up with a good solution to fit a deep clean in before we moved.
Now for some feedback on the clean.
Overall the staff are very friendly and do a good job and they make a dirty and neglected (as far as cleanliness goes) house into a home.
The oven was cleaned brilliantly, far better than I could do myself! That’s probably the biggest and most difficult job in the house so really well done there.
There were a few points which were missed-the tops of the doors and shower frame at the top and one built in unit. Also
I did ask someone to return to get rid of a bit of scale which wasn’t in a super obvious place and they were happy to oblige. All in a very good service which just missed out on being excellent but for those finer details. It is expensive for a full house clean and that’s why my expectations were high.

Every member of the Bright and Beautiful team are so lovely, and they do such a great job. I always look forward to the days we have them in. The team are accommodating to the fact that sometimes we are in the house (which is not ideal). They are always happy to accommodate additional jobs- tie permitting. Using the ironing service through Bright and Beautiful has taken a load off my mind and it is a service I now depend on.

We use Bright beautiful in Chelmsford very impressed with Christina and her team, we had deep clean, and we was very impressed they pulled out our sofa cleaned behind even our bed, dressed our beds even in our children rooms, cleaned sticky finger marks of our tv, got rid of the lime scale in our loo, my bathroom is sparkling and sticky label on loo roll nice touch towels folded like we was in hotel, we booked regular service, received free ironing so far we are pleased, with the service, it’s a little expensive but you get what you pay for,, our property looks like show home, when team is finished.
