I have been using Bright and Beautiful for 5 years on a fortnightly basis. Personally, it has been an interesting time and B&B have been very flexible throughout that time. The cleaning teams are friendly and very conscientious about the the standard of service they provide.

Bright & Beautiful at Chelmsford offer a great cleaning service for us, when I first looked at the reviews I was worried, until Christina explained there were over 74 locations across uk. We have used so many cleaning companies in past, warning don’t ever use cleaning agency they say there cleaners are DBS checked there not,! They just get any cleaner to come clean for you, bright beautiful check there staff and train there cleaners to clean /agencies in my experience tell Lie’s literally, bright beautiful clean thoroughly they pulled our sofa cleaned under our cushions and even pulled our bed out cleaned behind they use eco friendly products method I believe, what I love about Christina she’s very friendly professional and really building her company well, we are super happy, our home was a mess I mean bomb site we came home our home was like a show home stickers on toiler roll, we had deep clean first off, cleaned inside our oven looks new now and the sticky finger hand marks are cleaned off TV each time And they got rid off bad limescale off bottom of our toilet our clean lasts fortnight we don’t hover out once and no dust, as they clean our skirting boards doors door frame radiator front, I mean they clean your home. We now get to spend more time with our family and thats priceless Guys it’s not about the money guys it’s about the service your receiving and paying for ! pay peanuts your receive wipe over quick dust hover, Chelmsford Bright &Beautiful will clean your home top to bottom on each visit, the team smartly dressed and we feel made welcome in our own home and we was left smelly candle with our deep clean with lovely card. So if your in Chelmsford get these guys, I feel you get what you pay for, buy cheap buy twice,

I have several disabilities, Farzana was very professional to deal with throughout. My Maisonette needed a deep cleaning and Farzana and team went above and beyond my expectations, they thoroughly cleaned the property from top to bottom in every room. They clead a rusty patch on the Bath that was left by a previous cleaining company. They also rearranged all the clutter in all the rooms leaving it less cluttered after they finished. They hand brushed my living room carpet and really got all the muck out. I would recommend their work to anyone.

If you can get Cheryl, Lucy and Lynsey from the Bright and Beautiful team in Nottingham to do your house, you are on to a winner. I booked them while my regular cleaning lady was unwell for a few months and genuinely looked forward to seeing them fortnightly. They did a great job in the weekly time that they were with me and were very polite / quick to cover all of the rooms needed.
Sash in the office is also very helpful / repsonsive. She provided a very detailed quote and was available as needed.
I have had to cancel the contract but this was not to do with the quality of clean. I would recommend this team in a heart beat.

Having met Christina who provided a competitive quote I booked her team for a moving out “deep” clean. The team arrived on time and undertook all chores efficiently. It was a good job all round and I would be happy to recommend.

I would definitely recommend Chelmsford Bright and Beautiful Team my home smells great my cupboard doors was cleaned oven cleaned my bed was made pillows pumped up my bedroom looked like show room, Teddy's left on Son & Daughter bed my home doesn't smell of dogs, smells Clean. Our clean was worth every penny. cleaners even left sticker on our toilet roll our shower screen is sparkling no more lime scale on our shower screens the cleaners were smart wearing uniform, I can definitely recommend this Company my home was left like hotel I can't wait for our next clean I'm one happy customer. 5* Service Thank You from Mrs Grimshoe.

Just had an amazing clean from bright&beautiful in Chelmsford, before we have just had local girl clean our home, we never felt our home was cleaned properly, have to say the girls done wonderful job our home is bright & clean and what’s more smells great, I would definitely recommend Christina at Chelmsford Bright & Beautiful her girls team done great Job.

Don't ever use these people. Worst cleaning job!! They do not deserve the 1 star given to them. Poor service and complete waste of the £176 paid. They are scam artists. They took advantage of my vulnerable parents. Very disappointed with the unprofessional careless clean. Avoid at all costs.
Would not recommend. I have had to spend many hours completing the clean they were paid to carry out. STAY AWAY!

Bright & Beautiful Nottingham: I have used a few cleaning services and this is by far the best in service and price. They really do commit to what the client wants and needs. The girls are so welcoming, trust worthy and bubbly. They really do bend over backwards to ensure they leave your house as clean as your own expectations. The manager/supervisor always checks in to ensure we are happy with their service and to see if we need any adjustments. You can tell a lot about a company by their staff, and you can tell they concentrate on hiring trusty worthy and committed employees. Cleaning and dealing with the public is one of the hardest jobs. Their professionalism, care and patience exceeded my expectations. The quality of cleaning is fantastic and they pay attention to deal. They would go as far as cleaning my floor until it was so clean that when they test dried it with a paper towel, the paper towel was still white. It is not easy to trust people you do not know in your house, I could leave the front door open and trust them to enter and exit as they wish. I would highly recommend. I would like to reassure you that this is a true representation of the company.

The Bright and Beautiful Nottingham team are pleasant, friendly courteous and efficient. They clean our home on a fortnightly basis usually on the same day, but are flexible if a change is needed. It would be helpful however if we could be certain that they would arrive at the same time on each occasion, as one has to wait for a phone call announcing their imminient arrival, and cannot arrange one's own timetable around a fixed time. This is a minor quibble in respect of a service which is efficient and affordable.
