I initially booked a test drive with Sales advisor Bimal Chohan who was absolutely shocking as once we arrived at the dealership he said the car was unavailable even though his colleague confirmed there would be 2 of the same vehicles available with different drive trains.
However, after speaking to Wesley and him organising an appointment with the lovely Laura who took her time showing us the vehicle and allowed us ample opportunity to test drive it.

I ordered my car in February 2022 due to arrive in September 2022. The delivery was delayed and it only arrived mid December. While this was disappointing, Laura, the sales representative kept me informed at regular intervals on the progress of my order including phone calls, emails and video messages.
When the car finally arrived Laura arranged a convenient time for me to collect the car and showed me all the new technology that was not in my previous Lexus. She also phoned me a couple of days later to check everything was okay.
Without the regular updates I may have cancelled the order. Well done Laura.

Best ever dealership the professionalism and atmosphere they providing is priceless. I have just bought my 3rd Lexus from them. They always look after me and my personalised needs, apart from allowing me to be a proud owner of a Lexus , Aidas from Sales team and Management with Chris😉 are just as Royal as THE LEXUS they represent. ❤️

Laura Holt was my sales person and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kept me up to date on where the car was in the process of being made to arriving at the showroom and she made sure that I was happy with everything and the handover of the car was amazing too. All the little extra details such as presentation box for the spare key, bottle of wine and the car being revealed from under a cloth cover. Can’t ask for any more.

The processes from start to finish has been excellent. Alex is so helpful with everything and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and I was kept well informed regarding delivery dates.

I've just brought a second hand Lexus I'm absolutely happy with it, I was really lucky to deal with Aidas who very professional keeping me updated in when my new vehicle would be ready (even ringing me on his day off) I was really impressed...I'd definitely recommend you ask for him if you're looking for a Lexus which are beautiful cars.

Being a Lexus customer you ll be impressed by the customer service, the expertise, the offering etc. Completely different world to what I experienced with other brands and dealerships. The guys at the Bolton branch are superb and although Lexus cars are not my first choice I would definitely buy another one due to the reasons above!

I bought a RX450h from Lexus Bolton a few weeks ago. I dealt with John Farrington, who's patience and customer skills are amazing, and managed to find the right car for me at the right price. Being a mechanic by trade, and passionate about cars, I flagged up a couple of minor issues within weeks and my expectations have been exceeded, credit to Darren Manning (aftersales manager) who arranged for brand new manufacturer parts to be installed on the vehicle. A brilliant experience top to bottom, an amazing team and a true credit to the brand! I wouldn't go shopping anywhere else from now on, thank you for all your hard work. Just waiting for my wife to get her driving licence and I'll see you soon for a new purchase!

Great customer service. I took a new vehicle in which was bought from another dealer days earlier with a fault that was not covered by warranty. Helen in service @ Lexus Bolton took care of the repair on behalf of the other dealer. I arrived 15 minites early for a whilst you wait repair and they had me on my way before the booking the actual booking time. You can see customer care is a no.1 priority!

For about a year, had been looking to buy a Lexus. Travelled to Bolton Lexus, and wow no hard sales, as the cars really sell themselves and just friendly courtesy staff members.
You really will not find a better class of manufacturer or staff who truly live the values.

We ventured out to buy a new car with a list of seven dealers to visit. Lexus was the first on our list. From the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted with such a warm welcome. We were very well looked after by both Chris and Laura. They answered all our questions, let us test drive a couple of vehicles and got to know us as clients rather than pushed us with a sale. Needless to say, we never visited our other shortlisted dealers as we were so impressed with the service from Lexus. A couple of hours later we left with a purchase on a NX and a couple of complimentary bottles of Prosecco to celebrate our new purchase when we got home.

Recently bought a used NX350 Hybrid, my second from Lexus Bolton. Superb service from the start from Henry Gill, which continued today when Henry took the time to sort out the restoration of my personal number plate and talked me through various functions such as linking my phone to the dash cam etc. Nothing is too much trouble if the customer needs something doing, and highly recommended.

The best dealer experience. I've bought from Mercedes/BMW/Audi/VW/Toyota, left me cold. Felt like a number. Lexus is renowned for customer care and Lexus Bolton didn't disappoint. Henry was excellent - he serviced all my requests. I wasn't asked to pay for anything. I was even given 6 different coloured screws for my number plate which they also made for free. Well done Lexus. Was a customer here for 9 years, had some good experiences with them, but drifted away as I wasn't keen on the hybrid petrol-electric models. Just purchased from Vertu Jaguar Bolton which was a similar experience. Honest opinion is Lexus Bolton has the edge when it comes to a more personal feel, although they were poor returning phonecalls over the years. Apart from that was generally pleasant dealing with Lexus Bolton.
