My last review started ‘I'm truly a lucky boy!!’ and that’s absolutely still the case. For around 3 years I’ve been extremely lucky to own a Lexus LC500h. That car is art on wheels. Not only is it a head-turner but also it’s amazing to drive. Why there aren’t more on the road heavens only knows but that only makes them more special and unique. Anyway, with around a year to go Lexus I was contacted by the team at Lexus Bolton to see what my future plans were. Firstly I met with Laura and and at that time I couldn’t bear the thought of giving up my LC but around 6 months later when I was contacted again I found the car I wanted, possibly the only model/car which would have prized me out of my LC a beautiful RX450h Takumi. From start to finish everyone at Lexus Bolton were fantastic but special credit must go to John Farrington whose professionalism turned a speculative enquiry into a sale. Lexus is a special brand. From the moment you walk into the showroom you are treated like a friend and that's down to Wayne, Chris, John, Henry, Helen, Gail, Darren and the rest of the team. Just wanted to say a big thanks, again!!

Lovely experience of buying a used car. Starting from Gail on reception and John Farrington a very helpful and knowledgeable Sales Controller. I've also used the service department in the past, the male and female on the desk are lovely, they made sure my car was look after. It's been a pleasure thanks to you all.

I had great service from Lexus Bolton when buying a used car from them. The car itself was presented very well and looked new to us. The price and the mileage were key factors for us and the price in particular was the best we could find in the area for such a low mileage car. Aidas in particular conducted the negotiations in a clear and fair way and all our questions were quickly answered and the various extras were explained to us in a clear way with no undue pressure to buy.
I would definitely recommend Aidas for his help and support and thoroughly recommend Lexus Bolton for the quality of the car.
I intend to keep this car for a while but will certainly look at Lexus Bolton for my next one when the time is right.

I was to Lexus Bolton couple of days ago, to fix a recall on my IS300h, and for a hybrid health check. At the reception I was greeted by Darren Manning, who managed to find the right courtesy car for me, while they dealt with my car. The jobs have been done really quick, same day, even if I was expected to take it one full day. Although I had a bit of emotions driving other car, Darren was very patient with me, making this new experience very brilliant from top to bottom. The team is amazing and a true credit to the brand.
