It was a pleasure dealing with the team at Lexus Bolton. I dealt specifically with Aidas & he went above and beyond for me. He made sure I was updated regularly, sent me detailed videos about my used car. I did not feel as though it was any less of a purchase just because it was used. You will not be treated like this at any German dealership before or after buying a car. I highly recommend you visit the fantastic team here. Keep up the excellent work, you have a repeat customer for certain.

Bought a new car from Lexus Bolton and the service was fantastic. I had tried to buy through another Lexus branch but they didn’t return my calls so I bought through Lexus Bolton instead. John Farrington was really knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car. He was really friendly and helpful. As we live quite far from the centre, John helped arrange for our car to be delivered. Tim, the delivery driver, was great and really punctual. He gave us a one hour timeframe of when he would arrive and gave us the opportunity to have a look around the car before leaving. All in all, great service and I’m really pleased with my new car.

While I rate Lexus for reliability, the reason my wife and I have changed and paid a bit more for this brand is the excellent service at their Bolton garage. Henry Gill, our salesman, has always been prepared to go the extra mile to help, so the buying experience has been tops. Even more importantly, the reviews of the garage re workshop service and quality of work are excellent. Having been let down by Land Rover tech service, I trust Lexus. So a good experience and highly recommended. We now have an UX and NX plug in hybrid.

Laura kept me informed regularly with updates on when I might expected my new car, her estimate was spot on at 6 months!
On the collection day Laura was due to collect me (from Doncaster) at 8.30am and drive me to pick up my car from Bolton. However there's was an issue with taxing it, which meant our best laid plans were all up in the air and I might not be able to collect it. Laura kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. Once the car was taxed she moved all her day around to accommodate me and she sent a co-worker to collect me. Laura moved heaven and earth to help me and it was very much appreciated.
Laura is a wonderful, caring and professional young lady and it was MY pleasure to have dealt with her. If I could have given more stars I would!!

Lexus Bolton have a team of extremely professional and friendly staff, who go the extra mile to exceed your expectations. From initial contact to after sales follow up Laura (Holt) has been a pleasure to deal with. John (Farrington) ensured a smooth handover of vehicles, paperwork and switching cherished number plates to our new car. Nothing was too much trouble for Laura, John and all of their colleagues we came into contact with.
We were obviously wary as we were buying from 245 miles from Bolton. Laura ensured we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision, including a very detailed video of the car and a very comptitive part exchange valuation. On collection our new RX was presented immaculately thanks to their in-house valeting service. Martin's 245 mile trip home gave him the time to get fully accustomed to our new RX Takumi. Two weeks on and we are thrilled with our purchase. Thank you Lexus Bolton.

Car buying I can't fault as Aidas was great. However, they attempted to sell my service plan as a "package" with roadside assistance which made it more expensive. Insinuated that there wasn't the option to take it off so I cancelled. Miraculously it all of a sudden didn't have to be included.

My experience of dealing with Lexus Bolton has been nothing but exemplary. The very pleasant receptionist was always keen to welcome us with a cup of coffee and the whole buying experience was straightforward. The salesman Alex answered all our queries and was not in the least pushy. He dealt with the whole process in a totally professional manner. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Alex Fairclough was amazing- helping me all the way and calling me whenever he feels the need to pass information on tome about my new car order he always take his time to answer any question and nothing was too much of a trouble. He took his time and explained everything about my new car. He pays attention to details,i could go and on. I was able to get my car on budget too. Lovely experience. Had wanted an F-sport IS for ages and the interaction and treatment by Laura in sales and other staff was professional and excellent. First time I ever had a personal recorded video showing how to use features on the vehicle during a sale. Loved it !

This is my overall rating of Lexus Bolton over the years since I bought my car from them 4 years ago and having regular yearly service and MOT. My experience is generally positive but not without issues and hence the rating is 4 stars out of 5.
