Excellent customer service 10/10. Polite and helpful staff. Took time and facilitated the test drive. Frank understand our concerns and was supportive throughout. Manager was also helpful. My wife finally agreed to buy the new car and I feel that good customer service and politness of staff helped her take the decision. It would be five stars if they have a children play area to keep little ones occupied... I think couple of iPads and few colouring books will do the trick.. I hope they will take this suggestion on-board. AUDI dealership in Oldham need to take customer service lesson from Lexus and I am sure Lexus will do these free of cost for them. Thank you Lexus Bolton and well done. Certainly would recommend..

I picked up my new car today and I am absolutely delighted with the 10/10 service I received. This was my first experience with Lexus Bolton and all I can say is wow! The staff were very friendly and from the moment I entered the dealership I was made to feel welcome and at ease. I would just like to give a special thank you to John Farrington and the general manager Frank Cannon, they really went above and beyond for me to help find my dream car! Thank you so much!!

Customer Service at Lexus Bolton is superb. I booked in for a puncture repair on Friday of last week. It couldn't be repaired so they fitted a new tyre. On Wednesday of this week the tyre pressure monitor light came on... again!... I was on my way to work so I called in hoping they could replace the tyre. I was able to log on using the WIFI so I could work while I waited. I was offered coffee too. They managed to repair this time and when I went to pay they said "It's fine, no charge....". Very happy!

The best place to buy a Lexus. The team at Lexus Bolton really talk to you at a professional yet friendly manner. I bought a Lexus not too long ago from these guys and I come here every time whenever I need to have my car serviced. They even offer to wash your car as well when you go to service your car. The staff are friendly and approachable and gave me the best price for when I bought my car. Thanks team and keep up the great work!

Nathaniel from the sales team, went above and beyond to organise the best possible deal for me when I purchased the NX. I would recommend Nathaniel and the other members from the sales team, who take time to make sure you are happy to the extent that Nathaniel took time to drive over 40 miles to pick me up to collect the car. Quality service and a quality car.

When my elderly SC430 developed a horrible groan from the steering I arrived unannounced at Lexus Bolton around 5pm. The workshop staff thoroughly investigated the problem, diagnosing a failing ball joint. Within 2 days this had been rectified, and a thoroughly valeted and repaired car returned, together with an assessment on the car's condition. They replaced the cam belt the following week. I have been impressed with the attitude of everyone I have met at the dealership - where I was given the highest level of service and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Helen and her colleague, and the workshop staff who stayed back late to investigate a problem with my unannounced arrival.

Visited Lexus Bolton yesterday to have my battery assessed on my CT200. I was welcomed by the showroom staff who are always friendly,polite and professional. I waited whilst my battery was checked and was offered coffee and made to feel very comfortable. The battery did need replacing and I was very happy to hear that it could be done there and then rather than me having to have to book another appointment.
The waiting area at Lexus Bolton is a welcoming and comfortable space with tasty coffee,snacks,magazines and a TV to entertain the waiting customers and as you wait,staff are checking that you are OK.
I have returned to Lexus Bolton numerous times over the years ( almost 20 in fact ) and have NEVER had a negative experience. Every time I visit,staff cannot do enough to ensure your enquiry / problem is dealt with swiftly and professionally. I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent customer service yesterday especially Helen.

I am a new Lexus owner & customer having purchased my first Lexus just a week ago from Lexus Bolton.
Everyone who I have dealt with up to now has been excellent, from the centre hosts who are so helpful to the service team and parts manager, Alan. They have all been really efficient and the service has been really high but friendly too.
The sales specialist that I have dealt with from my first visit to actually collecting my car was Ryan who has been brilliant. Nothing was ever too much trouble & it was a pleasure dealing with him. He arranged everything from initial advice to lengthy test drives and then, when I had decided on the vehicle for me, made the purchase & handover day really easy and enjoyable.
I would certainly recommend Lexus Bolton to anyone. Car purchasing and service just as you hope it would be.
