This place is quality through and through from the vehicles to the staff. I took my car in for a service and first MOT today. I had opted to wait and whilst I was there I was fed copious amounts of tea and looked after from walking in. In fact on arrival, I couldn't find a parking spot so I asked a member of staff outside who took my keys and moved it for me, so thank you to Leon (sorry if that's not correct). The girls inside Helen, Gail and Natalie were friendly and returned my keys with a care pack with my documents in. Then to complete the experience my car was cleaned inside and out...what service!!! Thank you.

I've been a Lexus Customer for over 20 years and whilst I also own some other 'quality' branded cars, really nothing compares to Lexus in terms of overall Customer experience.
Lexus Bolton is the best (and probably only) place to take your Lexus for service in the North Manchester area. They have looked after me fantastically well over the years.
My current RX450h, now 7 years old, bought new, still drives like new and if i pop in for so much as a light bulb they wash the car !
Helen, Gail, Natalie and Rachel...treat me like royalty and ply me with cups of tea if I get a while you wait job done,..what more could a Customer want ?? :)

I had the pleasure of taking my Lexus for a checkup to this garage/showroom. From the initial telephone contact, booking the car in to collecting my car following the inspection, the whole experience has been a shining example of how to deliver service on a personal basis. Natalie and Helen were professional, informative and overly helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

It was my first time with Bolton Lexus and certainly the best experience. Did not want to leave. Planned to do some work while the car was being serviced. Was offered a desk and coffee (the latter kept coming!) Very warm welcome from Helen and Gail. Efficient service. Would recommend any time.

Just had my NX returned after it's first service. Great experience, booked in with Gail who discounted the first service in return for signing up for a service plan.
The car was picked up on time as agreed, returned with an immaculate valet both inside and out and in pristine condition.
All in all the easiest car service I have ever had, carried out whilst I did other things at home.
Ian who collected and returned the car was the epitome of courtesy who called to tell me when he would pick up the vehicle and when it would be returned.
Very happy customer, if you are thinking of using the aftercare at Lexus don't hesitate, can well understand why it has just won the customer satisfaction prize 2017.

Excellent Service , Gail popped over for a chat while I was waiting for my car to be serviced . Friendly and great coffee and wifi while you are waiting. Matt the technician was very attentive and thorough while servicing my car and Darren popped over to make sure everything was OK too

I felt I had to post a review having visited the Lexus dealership in Bolton, l have been looking to replace my current model Lexus when we arrived at the garage we were fed and watered with hot dogs coffee and 🍰,we were given time to look round the car's on the forecourt with no pressure what so ever the sales person Ryan was really good along with the lady on reception, unfortunately l didn't find a car to suit my budget but l will be returning in the not too distant future, all in all a brilliant dealership and fantastic product.

Arrived for my service and had the usual friendly smiling welcome by Helen Gail and Natalie on signing in and handing key over, I waited while service completed, I was offered tea and coffee while I waited and did some work at a desk which was not being used. I feel at home here as I have been coming several years and know the staff on first name terms and they make me feel in the Lexus family. during my time waiting some one would chat, Darren come to see me to make sure everything was ok and update me on what is happening in Lexus and the car fleet. always nice to see everyone as they make you feel welcome.

We took our Lexus here for a service & M.O.T. on Saturday 16/06/2017 and were very impressed with the way we were treated. The ladies on the reception desk were very welcoming and even told us how to walk into Bolton town center as we had come from Rochdale and so were not familiar with the area. We were even offered a lift back once our vehicle was ready. We use to use RRG Lexus in Manchester but unfortunately they have closed down and so we came here. We highly recommend Lexus at Bolton. Visited today as I am experiencing a problem with my QI phone charger. Helen in Service immediately attended to me and introduced Dave (Technician) who drove the car into the workshop. Fully tested whilst I waited and found the problem was with my phone and identified the issue through the LG phone forum - a poor connection point. Next visit to a phone shop!
