We took our car in to Lexus Bolton for its first MOT and were delighted with the warm greeting we received from the young lady on reception who offered us coffee and biscuits and made us comfortable before ensuring that servicing department were aware of our arrival and then introduced us to Gail, Helen and Natalie. Gail dealt brilliantly with our visit and explained the whole process to us.
It didn't seem long before I received an email on my phone from the service team with a video recorded visual report for us together with a detailed paper report.
Fantastic service from the whole team, exceeding our expectations, well done!

You have to hand it to Lexus Bolton, they combine the great product with superb service.
Admittedly, Lexus Is a premium brand, and you pay higher prices than some competitors - you get what you pay for! I am lucky enough to have Lexus Bolton virtually on my doorstep, so dropping my car off for a service, picking up a quality courtesy car and going to work, safe in the knowledge all decision making will be flagged as advisory or highly recommended, via a video to my smart phone. Wow. Showed that to my work colleagues with well known German branded cars and they were suitably impressed.
It would take a lot for me to drop the Lexus brand after over ten years and three cars, and with Lexus Bolton that decision has become almost impossible to make.
It is important to feel welcome, comfortable that the car you cherish is going to be well looked after, and from the get go Helen (the lovely lady that greeted me) saw to it that I had dropped my car off, completed the paperwork and was shown to my courtesy car within about 10 minutes. Very handy at 08:20am as I had a meeting at work at 9am that I made comfortably because of that efficiency.

I went into Lexus Bolton today and I was really really impressed. I got all the answers about my brake test and I also received a video review sent to my email that was very helpful. From start to finish I was also looked after extremely well by Helen, Gail and Natalie with a caring and professional attitude who guided me through the process. I rate the service 10/10 and I would recommend anyone with a Lexus to come here rather than go to a third party garage that would probably not be fully equipped to deal with Lexus cars.

Great service from John Farrington and Chris Eastwood - everything that was promised was delivered on - this was my first Lexus after years of driving premium German cars and it was a refreshing experience - I would have no hesitation recommending or using Lexus Bolton in future.

The ladies in check in Helen, Gail and Natalie were very helpful and efficient and the mechanic Steve who was working on my car even sent me a video of him working on it and telling me how the Free check up had gone.
Just love the service at Lexus.

Last week I took my Lexus IS 250 in response to a Safety Recall to replace the front passenger airbag. The attention both I and the car received was exemplary.
The front of house team, Helen Gail and Natalie, were most pleasant and helpful in offering refreshments, arranging for my transport to a meeting in Bolton and the subsequent return home of my car.
Regretably I do not know the name of the technician who arranged for a cable to be led into the car so as to fit an extra plug-in socket, but he too was particularly helpful and pleasant. So far, no charge for this, but maybe I am speaking too soon!
Equally anonynous, the two drivers who delivered the car, all cleaned and tidy, were equally pleasant and helpful.
A useful bonus for most owners must be the, unasked, provision of a Visual Safety Report, which can be most reassuring or even a timely warning.
