We went to bolton Lexus to look a a new NX from entering the showroom we where greeted, offered a drink which made us feel very welcome, dealth with Alex who clearly outlined in detail everthing we needed to know and of course give us the best deal will certainley reccommend and return in future. We found that the process of buying our new car at Lexus Bolton to be very professional. The sales premises are first class. The sales specialist, Damian, was our initial contact and also guided us through the procedure and remained in further contact throughout. On 'handover" day we collected the car from a private viewing room adjacent to the sales office. We are happy customers.

Aidas was brilliant from start to finish. There were some delays with our car (no fault of Lexus Bolton) and Aidas kept us updated throughout the whole process and provided a solution when we desperately needed a car for our daughter. Lovely experience. Hadn't considered Lexus brand before but we were very impressed. Dealt with Damian who was very knowledgeable and patient, introducing us the SUV models of the Lexus range (loved the NX!). Didn't feel any pressure and if we choose the Lexus brand, we would be pleased to deal with him again. Highly recommend.
