Lexus Bolton have been outstanding. From my first phone call to see & test drive through to picking up my new car. Damian (sales ) was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. He listened to what car I needed & also offered me a test drive the same day.( not all garages do that as they usually say they haven’t got any automatics). Damian kept me up to date with everything. On the day I picked up my car all the staff were really nice & couldn’t do enough for me. When I got to garage I looked around the car park to have a Quick Look at my new car but couldn’t find it to my surprise the car was behind closed glass panel with a red bow on it. Really nice gesture from Lexus Bolton. I was over the moon when I saw it I would recommend Lexus Bolton for any Lexus vehicle. I would like to thank Damian for his help & I absolutely love my new LBX. Only had the car 1 day & people are saying how much they love it. I have got the yellow one.

Dealt with by Aida’s at Bolton. He is shown as a trainee but he was very good knew his stuff and should not be classed as a trainee he should definitely be higher than that.

Bought a used Lexus off Lexus Bolton- could not recommend them enough. My salesperson was Brooke, who is knowledgable, friendly and patient. At no point did I feel pressured to make a decision or to add on extras that I felt I didn’t need. The car was in immaculate condition come collection day, felt like a new car.
I wish Brooke and the team the best. Was overall very happy with my experience. Hopefully their after sales service will be just as good!
