I went into Lexus Bolton today and I was really really impressed. I got all the answers about my brake test and I also received a video review sent to my email that was very helpful. From start to finish I was also looked after extremely well by Helen, Gail and Natalie with a caring and professional attitude who guided me through the process. I rate the service 10/10 and I would recommend anyone with a Lexus to come here rather than go to a third party garage that would probably not be fully equipped to deal with Lexus cars.

Great service from John Farrington and Chris Eastwood - everything that was promised was delivered on - this was my first Lexus after years of driving premium German cars and it was a refreshing experience - I would have no hesitation recommending or using Lexus Bolton in future.

Had my car serviced today.

Great service Leon arrived bang ontime to collect my car from home and Ian returned my car 30 mins before it was due back

The ladies in check in Helen, Gail and Natalie were very helpful and efficient and the mechanic Steve who was working on my car even sent me a video of him working on it and telling me how the Free check up had gone.

Just love the service at Lexus.

Excellent customer services.Nathaniel McDonald kept me informed about the progress of my order through out. He went out of his way to accommodate all my repeated and frequent requests for all accessories very patiently and professionally. I would rate their service above excellence. Despite bad weather had my vehicle ready for collection on the date as promised.
Lexus NX 300h F Sport with premier pack is a piece of art; full of beauty and brilliant technology. All additional accessories further enhanced the already glorified look of the Sports Utility Vehicle. I would highly recommend this vehicle to all looking for an SUV.

Last week I took my Lexus IS 250 in response to a Safety Recall to replace the front passenger airbag. The attention both I and the car received was exemplary.

The front of house team, Helen Gail and Natalie, were most pleasant and helpful in offering refreshments, arranging for my transport to a meeting in Bolton and the subsequent return home of my car.

Regretably I do not know the name of the technician who arranged for a cable to be led into the car so as to fit an extra plug-in socket, but he too was particularly helpful and pleasant. So far, no charge for this, but maybe I am speaking too soon!

Equally anonynous, the two drivers who delivered the car, all cleaned and tidy, were equally pleasant and helpful.

A useful bonus for most owners must be the, unasked, provision of a Visual Safety Report, which can be most reassuring or even a timely warning.

I would definitely recommend Lexus at Bolton, the service was second to none, the girls on the front desks Helen, Gail and Natalie were all very cheerful and very helpful. My car went in for a recall on the passenger airbag and only took a few hours, whilst I was at home I got a phone call to say my reverse light was out and would I like it fixed for £2:50 I said yes, I went to pick my car up and was once again greeted by a lovely lady who said the reverse light was free. I thanked everyone and went to my car it had been cleaned, hoovered and filled with diesel, now that is what I call customer service, thank you to everyone at Bolton Lexus

Had to take my Is 2200 in for a recall for some alteration or modification to the front passenger airbag system.
The staff sent me reminders right up until the alloted day and were extremely lovely to deal with.
had the work done but couldn`t pick it up until the next day due to personal stuff getting in the way.
Have just been to pick it up and not only have the Lexus team done a vehicle safety check with recommendations they included a walk around video highlighting any issues. Great idea and clear to understand the video.
Anyhow, got the keys back and was absolutely delighted as the team had washed, polished the exterior but had cleaned out the interior too!
Fantastic service from an absolutely top company .

Visited the showroom twice as a company car customer. Previous experiences I have been ignored by various dealerships but the Lexus Bolton staff made me very welcome and couldn't do enough. The lady behind the desk was lovely. Even entertaining my 8 yr old daughter briefly. It's the little things that count and glad to say after my visit I placed my order for a new Lexus NX300h Sport initially being dealt with by the Stockport branch but moving on to use Lexus Bolton with it being nearer to home. Looking forward to it arriving in the next week or so.

Booked my 1st Service and MOT for my 7 year old GS450h at Lexus Bolton.

Helen who booked me in over the phone went the extra mile by finding out what service had been carried out last by Lexus Sidcup which ensured I paid for the right one. To be honest I was expecting to pay out nearly double the amount when she told me the price so that was a sigh of relief !!

On the day I met with Gail who was the Service Consultant, very prompt and straight to the point when going through the MOT advisory. She went even further and got a part replaced under the warranty which came as a surprise although she told me moments earlier it was not covered under warranty :)

Dawn the lovely lady at reception greeted me with a warm smile and made me a nice cup of coffee.

A thank you to the technicians who serviced the vehicle too, car runs like new again !!

Finally the biggest surprise for me when I got home as I got out of the car a 3 inch black scuff/mark which had been on the drivers wing mirror for the last 6 months was no longer there !!
After countless car washes and polishes I thought it was going to be there permanent and it was always a disappointment to look at.
So a massive thank you to the individual who valeted my car !!!
