I'd love to give a post of appreciation to tonight's lovely staff (Jimmy and Kim) serving myself and my partner tonight, overall performed a wonderful Job putting smiles on customers faces alongside providing quick, easy and helpful service to us with it being our first time here. Excellent comfortable hotel with good parking, clean warm and cosy bedrooms, a swimming pool, great dining facilities, delicious breakfasts and friendly, helpful and professional staff. My family and I have stayed at this hotel on various occasions and we would particularly like to thank the breakfast team of Lydia and Meg. We appreciate their wonderful hospitality, very efficient service and we thoroughly enjoy their delicious cooked breakfasts and selection of drinks. We highly recommended this fantastic hotel.

Staff were amazing. I was on a training day for NHS staff last week and Irene and Marmite were great. The hotel and staff looked after us exceptionally well.

Staff at this hotel are warm and friendly, from the reception to restaurant staff and cleaners. The rooms are spacious and warm, the beds are super comfortable. I stay quite frequently and it’s a bit like coming home.

Good choice of breakfast items. From the main stays of toast and cereal. To the build your own full English style goodies.
The room was a decent size. Comfy bed and functional tv. What more can you ask for in a room.
Being located not far from the Tough Sheet stadium - Bolton Wanderers. And the Middlebrook retail park. You have the cinema bowling and shopping pretty much round the corner.
For those driving in the hotel is not far from the junction for the stadium.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Bolton. Our large room was slightly tired but very clean with a comfortable bed. We had a slight problem with the bathroom shower, but it was quickly fixed by the maintenance team. The public rooms were extremely clean and well appointed. We used the swimming pool twice and as it opened at 0630, that was a bonus. The food was good, particulary the breakfast buffet where there were plenty of choices of good quality food and , when items were starting to run low, the staff quickly replenished them. All the staff we met were polite, professional and keen to help us. We particularly liked the way the hotel is integrated into the local community with sports facilities for the young, and especially how the hotel supports the local guide dog for the blind charity, acting as an accommodation hub for those who are learning to manage new guide dogs. All round it is a good hotel and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

I am visiting from the U.S. and are here with friends from throughout England. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very professional (and patient)! The lounge area has been my favorite area of the property! Big screen (to watch soccer/football), adult beverages, food prepared by the restaurant and most importantly, the service, was wonderful! The bartenders and servers are kind, hospitable and gracious!
