Security issues at the new entrance. We were abused by kids on bikes, who then rode into ( yes!) The foyer past the ticket desk. Needs sorting. Why should we run the gauntlet between the car park and the new octagon. The play was fantastic

Never been before. Booking office staff very helpful advising best seats to include someone aged 96 years. Car park easy to find and very secure. Booked pre show meal via link, which was very good. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. "Home I'm darling" show was excellent. App to pre book drinks and snacks for interval very well laid out. Well done to you all.

Fabulous little theatre. Unusual in being 'in the round' but makes performances more interesting in style. Comfortable, great acting with on site restaurant and bar. A good night out!

"Home I'm darling"...fabulous play really thought provoking. Beautifully acted, costumes fab.great to see our 'home grown actor Vicky Binns on her "almost" home turf. Fabulous as always. Special mention to "The act of kindness" from a couple sat in front of my two friends and I in the audience. They overheard me say I hadn't ordered a drink for the interval, they then brought me a glass of wine at the start of the second half!!! How lovely was that? If you know them please tell them how touched I am.. Tomorrow its my turn to return an "Act of kindness"😘😘

What a shame. Went to see their latest production which was good and had a nice meal in the restaurant first. Parked at the adjacent car park as their is no free car parking nearby until after 6.Before the renovations you could have your car park ticket validated at the theatre and pay a discounted £2 now over £4 paid direct to NCP. We had £36 tickets for the front row as one of our party cannot manage stairs. We were frozen as the new air-conditioning was blowing directly on to us. We were told that it couldn't be adjusted as climatically controlled. We were offered different seats .Very few people in the theatre as either it was a socially distanced performance or people still nervous or maybe not prepared to pay city prices. At least we could hear on the front row as previously we had problems. Hope they have got the acoustics right now. Hard to say the renovations have made it better as it is just a maze of corridors now and although hand rails the steps going down do not align with row of seats so you have to be careful you don't trip. Doubt we will be going again as the local amateur groups provide a much better atmosphere and in some ways easier access etc.

Had a lovely evening, went to watch Hound of the Baskervilles. Excellent performance, never laughed so much. My husband is a huge fan of Sherlock Holmes, we had not read up on the show and didn't realise it was a comedy, having said that the three Actors did an amazing performance and the audience were in raptures. Lovely theatre. Only negative, red wine not good. Otherwise, felt very safe as distancing in theatre, managed extremely well and fantastic, helpful, friendly staff. Thank you for a lovely evening.
