I have a passion for food, eating and cooking, I’m the proud mom of two very spoilt cats, Carolina and Jaimita (a.k.a Pripri) and wife of a very nerdi guy 🙂
My blog reflects my philosophy on food with EASY, FRESH, VIBRANT and (mostly) HEALTHY recipes. In my culture life goes around food so delicious and wholesome dishes are paramount, no matter whether we’re having an everyday lunch or a meal for that special occasion ALWAYS using fresh ingredients.
I’m not a chef, I grew up cooking next to my grandmother and mom, learning the skills that have let me to now work as a professional cook, but most importantly, I learned how to cook with passion and love, the essential ingredients to every dish.
