The new years eve dinner disco and stay was hugely enjoyable. We had a great time and will definitely return. The only small improvement i would make is bigger and more efficient toastersat breakfast.

Burgers in the pub where very nice, however the fish and chips not so nice the fish was soggy and just tasted if the oil it was fried in.
Leisure facilities are very well kept and was extremely impressed with the changing rooms.

The hotel and staff were lovely while we was there and when we needed to change rooms it was done straight away. Unfortunately the night was ruined by not being able to order any food and also not getting a great sleep because of people arguing in the hotel.

The hotel is very nicely decorated , staff were very pleasant in all areas of the hotel , the food in the restaurant was of good quality and very enjoyable , the wine is very expensive over £8 a glass !!! . Breakfast was of a very good quality and a wide range of food to chose from .
Rooms very spacious and modern .
I would suggest to get a room that's not above the entrance ( as we did ) as people were outside smoking/talking /shouting til the early hours which was irritating .
Pool and spas are available .

Having booked a room suitable for my disabled father, not sure why you would have a bath for a disabled person. He was very disappointed, also the bed was too low down please look into putting in a wet room in room 159 and a high bigger bed. Apart from this, it was a very enjoyable stay. The bar prices need to be looked into way overpriced. Breakfast was cold not sure the heaters work. Fab pool. Nice friendly staff.

Excellent and relaxing can't wait to book again for Christmas 2017. The evening food and breakfast was lovely and the staff genuinely friendly. The rooms are clean and comfy. And the iron and ironing board is a welcome bonus with a creased party dree!

Attended the Gala Dinner night @Village Bury for the 3rd year, have to say what a brilliant night, there was 11 of us that attended and everyone said what good value for money it was. We stayed overnight, in the newly 'Re- Furnished bedrooms, couldn't fault it. Really clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a good stay. It was a good value package. The food and service in the restaurant were very good. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the room but nothing critical that would stop us staying again.

I am a member of this gym and after it's recent refurbishment it's the best gym around this area and has a great pool and Spa facilities. Bar food is good and on Friday's between 5 and 7pm it has burgers for £1. I've stayed at the hotel once and the room was very nice. The staff are always friendly too.

Nice place very modern. We unfortunately had a room at the back of the hotel so quite a long walk. Checking is was a bit ridiculous as they dont really have a reception, just some poor guy at a flash looking table with a touch screen interface. More than one person in front of you and you will have a long wait!! Also as nice as the rooms are they really need to use a hoover properly as it was still dirty - the friends we had staying at the hotel as well all said the same thing!!

The rooms and facilities e.g. gym,.pool were nice. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when I was there they were doing works on their Starbucks outlet and my room was directly above. This went on until about 11.30 pm. They also had a number of functions going on at the hotel that evening, Xmas parties. My room was at the front meaning that as all the guests left loudly until about 3.30am I was kept awake

The conference room was very noisy whilst a zumba class was going on in an adjoining room, but this didn't last too long. Conference facilities are good, food provided is always excellent although takes a long time to serve the numbers involved in a conference. Service overall is good though.

Very friendly staff and service in the village grill. We met up with family for Sunday carvary, and was surprised to find its basically all you can eat! £15 can get you as much food as you want. The place also has spa and gym and other facilities. As I've only had the food I cannot rate the other services but the atmosphere is very friendly, there's also free ice cream in the reception area. The downside is there's only 1 set of toilets, and you need a car or taxi to get to the place as it's in middle of industrial/business estate off the motorway/highway/dual carriageway whatever its called.

Venue was an excellent choice for a works social event, food was great and service was spot, on nothing was to much trouble, even when we asked for something off the menu . We will be booking the same venue next year. Alcohol prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this venue to any prospective employer's

We ate in the restaurant. My wife has the salmon and said it was the best piece of salmon she'd had in a long time. I has the steak and it was amazing. Only criticism is that it's a shame there weren't more items on the menu as there were no starters that I liked.

Lovely place to stay. Good location. The food is great but a bit pricy and the portions are small
18 quid for 2 chicken breast that looked like it came of a pidgeon it was that small. The room was great ,bed huge wet room v large 3d tv with full sky package. I was a bit concerned that the windows opened up fully with no safety catch. The pool is best in the mornings with 3 jacuzzi sauna and steam room. I didnt visit the gym so cant comment. I would stay here again.

Well located in terms of accessing the town centre however it is a fair distance away from Manchester city centre. More than enough free parking available as there is a huge car park. The facilities at the hotel aside from the room are really good, they have a big gym, a separate women's gym is available, a full size indoor pool, a small jacuzzi and small sauna and steam rooms. However if you are a guests at the hotel you have to now pay £5 extra to access these facilities (this used to be free). The hotel has an impressive pub and restaurant within it, there's also a Starbucks which is really handy when you're leaving in the morning. Room service is available (at a cost obviously). Breakfast is an option and is actually really good in terms of quality and options available. The rooms are spacious and also cosy, some are fairly modern too. They offer upgraded rooms too which are really nice, more attractive, more facilities as you can imagine e.g. nicer bathrooms, coffee machine in room and sky movies package on a large TV. Free WiFi is available through out the hotel and it's surprisingly fast speed. This is a modern and bisy hotel, usually noisey on the weekends until around 1am to 2am as they have events such as wedding parties, birthday parties, performamce nights, hen do's etc. You could ask for a quieter room however it depends on whether this is available or not so ask in advance. The staff are generally welcoming and professional I've found and the facilities are kept fairly clean although I did find my room wasn't as clean as I expected it to be. I think it's one of the best options around if you want an all round good stay with a number of facilities for an average to just above average price.

Only used the downstairs areas. Was suprised as it was not as I expected, very clean, smart and clique. Restaurant/bar area was very well laid out giving plenty of space. Appeared to be alot of people using the gym facilities.
