Went last last to one the the party nights. Had a small issue and spoke to claire who was working. Not sure her job role, maybe guest relations? She was brilliant and sorted everything out. Friendly, smiling, helpful. Brilliant member of staff

Not too bad at all. Its had a refurb and was very pleased with the gym and pool. Not quite blackpool but a lot closer.

A very good evening spoiled by bar staff who in my qualified opinion should not be working behind a Breakfast was spoilt by the way the bacon was cooked it was vastly overcooked it wasn't far of being burnt to be perfectly honest. We went to breakfast quite early but only scrambled eggs available I had to request and wait for a fried egg. I attended a Military Veterans function at the venue which I very much enjoyed but the bar staff of which there were 4 couldn't make a simple Irish Coffee despite me explaining how easy they were to make at the end of which I was told that the kitchen was closed and my request couldn't be met quite what the kitchen might have to do with making Irish coffee is beyond me. Another point I would like to make is that I found the female bar staff to be quite rude, I ordered some drinks at the bar and paid for them and gave the bar person a five pound tip and was approached by another female bar person that I shouldn't tip one server without tipping the rest which made me feel somewhat embarrassed.

Comfortable. Friendly staff, the location. the pub/restaurant facilities. Breakfast was limited options. Too limited. The pub menu is also limited. If you want to be eat in, there isnt a lot of choice. Also no phones in the rooms, and when you try to order room service from their app, there is no option to charge to the room. So its a bit of a hassle.

It was ok for the weekend, but we didn't make use of the gym etc quietness around the hotel despite it being weekend; parking was ample; staff had twin double beds though there was only one chair to sit on; tea coffee selection very limited. You needed the window open but there was a lot of noise during the nights from the M66

Staff were lovely and super helpful. Condition of room a little tired in places but mostly good & spacious. Heater didn’t work sadly so a little chilly. And menu in restaurant was not great if trying to eat healthily. Would definitely stay again.

fantastic place for short stay with exceptional friendly helpful staff!! clean, spacious and great facilities not very disability friendly… despite the lift from the car park, the walk from the lift to the lobby is difficult with a walking frame, bags etc and the step up to the shower is also not easy for those with mobility difficulties, the shower base is very slippery so a level access shower would be much better…….

Lovely stay just wish breakfast was included for the price. Breakfast was awesome but expensive 😫 The bed was too high to get into, being 5'3 and disabled made it difficult

good facilities great gym and pool and handy Starbucks is on site very clean and comfy beds restaurant is very expensive for what you get I paid £19 for a piece of salmon on rice with a water. charge of 5/day for parking and 5/day for gym is excessive as hotel not cheap
