I have used Balgores Chelmsford to both sell my property in 2021 and also purchased a property through them recently. Both times have been seamless and their service offered is exemplary. Ricky was diligent in getting the best offer for my flat and also was always available throughout my purchase. He is always approachable and friendly, never putting me under any undue pressure. A particular mention to Marie who puts other estate agents progression teams to shame, she always has time for calls and questions and ensures you’re always up to date. Every estate agent should have a Ricky and Marie!

Cannot recommend Balgores highly enough. From the commitments made during the initial valuation appointment that made me select them, Ricky didn’t disappoint. Really high quality photos and sales particulars, professional accompanied viewings with financially verified prospective buyers. Having relocated during the marketing phase, Balgores delivered by making the whole process simple and straightforward for me from a long-distance. The sales progression team made the whole process pain free all the way through to completion, with special mention for Marie. Balgores were recommended to us by a family member and we were put in contact with Allannah. Straight from the start upon meeting her we were very impressed in her knowledge of the market and local area, professionalism and speed of getting the sale of our property up and running.
The Photographer came and took some fantastic photos and really made the house look its best. The sales brochure was professional and well written. (We had put our house for sale a year earlier with another local sales agent and the difference was like chalk and cheese. Photos were rubbish, write up was poor and interest in the property was poor, needless to say it didn't sell and we took it off the market).
Balgores professionalism and quality was a different level, and we had multiple viewings and several offers after the first week of going online, and Sale agreed shortly after at a great price for us. They kept us informed regularly and if there were any issues they were on the case straight away.

At the outset we approached Balgores for a valuation on our house, they responded very quickly and promptly found three people interested in buying our house before it was even marketed. Within 48 hours we had an offer. Allanah was brilliant. Marie then picked up the reins keeping our buyers informed as we went through the traumatic process of trying to secure a new home in Devon. After several protracted attempts we found our new home, the fourth attempt, and throughout Marie made sure we didnt lose our buyers. We then needed to sell a second house and again Allanah and Marie came to the fore. Marie is totally professional and committed to her job, shame there are not more like her.
In our search we came across many agents, some of whom could learn a lot from Allanah and Marie on how to do business. Two of the houses we tried to buy have since come back on the market as the deals fell through - they should have used Balgores. I am hard to please and expect a lot, Balgores delivered and I whole heartedly would recommend them.

Excellent, went with a fixed fee firm at first, swapped to Balgores, a different world, people to answer the phone, a department which chances your sale, you can ring and speak to them. They completed for me with a stretching deadline, I could not have asked for more. Allannah who took the property on was prepared with evidence of similar properties sold in the area and allowing for inflation over time, she was spot on for what we sold at. It is also great to have a professional to ask about staging the property. Allannah ran an open day for us we went shopping, we had three offers all vetted for ability to pay and their position.
