I recently used Balgores to move to Chelmsford and found the level of service and expertise excellent. The Branch Manage Alannah, was extremely helpful in helping me manage the move, which was seamless and relatively stress free. I also used their mortgage adviser Dan who was very knowledgeable, so from end to end the Balgores experience was professional, transparent and extremely efficient. 5 Stars well earned well done!!

After having the house on the market for 15 months with 2 previous agents I swapped to Balgores, and Ricky Nelson did not disappoint me.
He promised he would get it sold and sure enough managed to sell the property within 5 months all contracts exchanged and sorted and for what the property was valued at.
Thank you Ricky, Marie, and the team at Balgores for persisting and getting this over the line for me. Its been a long 18 months or so for me but you made it much easier for me.

Balgores were the best part of our moving process. They handled our sale quickly and professionally achieving a good price. I have used Balgores Chelmsford to both sell my property in 2021 and also purchased a property through them recently. Both times have been seamless and their service offered is exemplary. Ricky was diligent in getting the best offer for my flat and also was always available throughout my purchase. He is always approachable and friendly, never putting me under any undue pressure. A particular mention to Marie who puts other estate agents progression teams to shame, she always has time for calls and questions and ensures you’re always up to date. Every estate agent should have a Ricky and Marie!

Really high quality photos and sales particulars, professional accompanied viewings with financially verified prospective buyers. Having relocated during the marketing phase, Balgores delivered by making the whole process simple and straightforward for me from a long-distance. Balgores were recommended to us by a family member and we were put in contact with Allannah. Straight from the start upon meeting her we were very impressed in her knowledge of the market and local area, professionalism and speed of getting the sale of our property up and running.
The Photographer came and took some fantastic photos and really made the house look its best. The sales brochure was professional and well written. (We had put our house for sale a year earlier with another local sales agent and the difference was like chalk and cheese. Photos were rubbish, write up was poor and interest in the property was poor, needless to say it didn't sell and we took it off the market).
Balgores professionalism and quality was a different level, and we had multiple viewings and several offers after the first week of going online, and Sale agreed shortly after at a great price for us. They kept us informed regularly and if there were any issues they were on the case straight away.
