Used Balgores to organise our flat rental. We found them very professional and friendly, especially Jordan.if I contacted her (and I did loads!) she would respond really quickly and efficiently.
No problem was too big. Even on the day of us getting the keys, despite a small hiccup, she went the extra mile.

Allannah at the Chelmsford branch dealt with our sale and was incredibly professional and friendly throughout.
The rest of the team who helped out in between were brilliant.
Even the little things, like printing off important documents, because we didn't have access to a printer was so helpful when everything is so stressful.
After we accepted, our property was handed over to Sarah, who kept on top of the solicitors and mortgage brokers. Without Sarah, I have no doubt that our sale would of been delayed.
Balgores are extremely proficient at what they do and I would recommend their services to anyone.

We just purchased a flat through Balgores, we dealt with Allanah and Sarah both very helpful and on the ball, Sarah especially good at chasing Solicitors and keeping us updated, she was always happy to answer questions and quick to find out answers to any queries we had, subsequently the whole thing took approx 10 weeks from offer to Completion. Probably as stress free as you can get purchasing property!

Very professional and helpful Michael Charles helped me to find my new home in the area and sort out all the necessary paperwork. It was challenging times post corona lockdown and I really wanted to relocate from London. Demand was high, my availability for viewings limited and we therefore had to act fast once we found what I was looking for and cant imagine doing it without Michael.

As a first time seller, Brad gave me plenty of advice on how best to sell my home. So much so he and his team managed to sell the property within the first weekend of it being up for sale!
