The BurlingtonHotel is located opposite the pier and is walking distance to a number of different restaurants, the town center and theatre. There is ample hotel parking at the rear of the hotel for a reasonable £6 per day. We had an amazing room overlooking the pier. It was clean and well decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Liam at reception for going over and above to make our stay special, and David in the restaurant for your attentive customer service. Thank you for making our stay special. We will be back.

I had a single room on the 3rd floor, view was great shame the weather wasn't bit that didn't put a dampener 😂on my stay, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, location was perfect ,the room was a single but plenty of room and own shower/toilet,for what I paid = 1 extremely satisfied customer, would highly recommend staying here

I booked the Burlington hotel as the location is perfect for our needs. Right opposite the pier and beach and close to the town centre and theatres. I booked a standard room with breakfast but was offered an upgrade to a superior room with sea view for an extra £20. It was well worth it and was still an excellent deal. The room was clean and comfortable with tea/coffee and even a posh coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a very good choice of hot/cold breakfast. There was entertainment in the evening but we had theatre tickets so can’t comment on it. I would recommend the hotel and would certainly consider staying again. There was plenty of parking (£6 per day) but this could be a problem in high season.

The room and hotel were fine, but the shower in our room was awful. The shower hose wasn't long enough to shower properly. We paid an upgrade fee to go from a Standard room to Superior. The room was comfortable, but the shower let it down. I asked several times if our room was a Superior room, and was told it was. I'm pleased we didn't stay in a Standard room, judging by the Superior room.

We stayed at The Burlington Hotel expecting a 3 star hotel, but the helpful, friendly staff, excellent food and chouces fro breakfast and dinner, plus good, enjoyable enetertainment was worthy of a minimum of 4 star hotel. We will certainly be going back there asap.

Nice quiet place, staff were nice, it needs to get stocks for rooms available at reception due to covid measures not restocking coffee teas biscuits etc.

Room was cheap (£55) and location was great but our room was just next to the lifts - which were really noisy and kept waking us up every time someone would use it. The hotel is also quite dated but the room size was decent and staff friendly
