A good place to go for films. A multiplex and some screens have very few seats, so check before you go. Parking has to be paid for at times. Some snacks. Quite a walk to get up there, has escalators.

Bit of a trek to get to. Very steep seating which is a bit unnerving coming out. Large screen but impossible to see clearly at the front. Concessions are like all Cineworlds overpriced.

Nice spacious cinema. Unfortunately it take forever to get your ticket and food, the workers are so slow and they usually just have two on the till which isnât enough, they have been times where I have been waiting in the queue for 20 minutes or longer.

Comfy roomy seats, good heating and they do the Meerkat Movies offer. Decoration ie floor in foyer a very startling red. Cinema 1 is very steep steps with enourmous screen.

Third time at the cinema today. Can't fault it. Fabulous. I love the fact we can go from car park at the beacon straight into the cinema without going outside in the cold or wet! When we first went there I was going "wow look at the floor!" I felt like a film star walking on the huge glittering red and black squares, and hadnt even seen the film yet. Lol Whoever keeps that cinema clean must take a real pride in it, which is really appreciated. Thankyou. Everywhere is spotless including the loos. Every staff member we met goes out of their way to be helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly. The cinema itself is beautiful, the screens are massive, and the seats are so comfortable and supportive, though sitting in the front row is not so good as you have to look up, its a bit uncomfortable. I guess that is just the one fault. I adore cinema and had to give up going because I was so cramped in the old style seats. Now we can go again. Im so happy. Ive bought a cineworld unlimited card. I do wish I could take my partner on my card or even just once a month on my card. But anyway, its a great place to go, and will be there again this week. Amy.

The new cinema looks good, is clean, has great sound and picture, helpful staff and the seats are very comfortable. The seating in the screens is on a slope so you get a good view without someone's head being in front. This does however mean that there are steps up to the seats in most screens which I struggle with as I have limited mobility. I asked a member of staff about access and he took me on a tour to show me the access lift which takes you to a corridor that has doors to the back of most screens (1,2,3,6,7,&,8 I think). This is great for me as I can get step free access to the seats in the back row. I now have an unlimited card and use it regularly which makes it great value.

This is the best cinema in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas. It is on the top floor of the new extension in the Beacon and is quite modern. There are self service ticket machine and a few snacks stands. There are quite a lot of screen (8 I think) and they are big. Sadly havenât found a way to combat your eyes hurting when you come out of the screen and Iâm very disappointed about that. ;)
