Great picture and sound. Perfect visibility BUT no centre rail in some auditoriums and parking and lift arrangements are appalling. Go back to Sovereign Harbour!

Huge screens, great sound, pricy but just about ok as they have great service and Comfy chairs too.

Modern, new built cinema. Sound and picture quality were excellent. Cues for food were slow as not enough staff but it was new years eve, in their defence. Seating was standard for modern cinema, lots of leg room, cup holders both sides. Four stars as the cinema was so hot!? I have never been to a cinema that was so warm, its usually the exact opposite, so had to strip to a t-shirt leaving me sat on a pile of clothes for the film.

Comfortable seats, but, not as convenient as when at Sovereign Harbour. Quite a trek from the car park, and on both occasions we visited, either the lift was broken, or the escalator wasn't working!! Will be better when surrounding units are rented, as felt like a ghost town in evening!

Modern, clean, comfortable seating, sound too loud unfortunately, steps up to seating, wheelchair access with space at front of steps, big improvement on your average cinema.

Cinema is clean and seats are comfortable. Worst cinema nachos I've ever had though. No flavour. Such a shame.

Used to be located in the Crumbles but relocated to the Beacon. Large cinema with tiered seating and giant screens. Huge improvement over the previous one but parking is not as easy as before.

Not very well executed cinema. Very small rooms and first few rows giving neck pain. Very crowded and uncomfortable. Small seats makes the back ache. Harbor cinema was a lot better!

It's like stepping into the future. . You do have to queue for refreshments and tickets, unless you've pre bought your tickets, which I highly recommend from their mobile app. The screens are a good size and the sould system is amazing quality. Definitely what Eastbourne town needed.

Cinema was good. Very comfortable seats. I would suggest taking your own sweets and refreshments as prices are high.

My wife and I saw Cats, what a wonderful film. We also are regulars at Cineworld and enjoy the experience, it's opened up a whole new meaning of going to the cinema.

Great screen and amazing sound. Just bring your own goodies unless you want to remortgage for a pack of minstrel's.
