Screens are decent size, plenty of treats/sweets/food to eat during the movie, reasonable prices, staff are nice, book online to avoid queues at the food counter. Overall a really enjoyable day out

Good experience, decent sized food portions, 3D options for films, plenty of parking, quick service and friendly staff. Only downsides are that it's a bit pricey and the seats could be a bit more comfy. I tend to suffer a bad back after sitting down here for the length of a movie.

Has a good choice of films and parking is easy and free. The seats have their backs fixed in a sloping manner, which I found unusual and being tall affected the available leg room.

Big fan of Cineworld but this one is in need of updating. Small screens, bad acoustics and sound isn't great but passable. Also the new Icee is terrible, just taste like chemicals though I know this isnt this particular theatres fault.

Ive visited this cinema twice this week and my experience has been merely satisfactory. Theres nothing I love more than a beautiful, slushy, red and blue rainbow tango ice blast when going to the cinema. Personally, that accounts for 50% of my overall experience. AND SO I have been extremely disappointed with the fact both times I've been theres been no slush !! Like a Panto with no mini overpriced tubs of ice-cream! Not the same !!

Went to view Mary Poppins Christmas Eve at 5.30pm showing. The foyer was filthy. The carpets needed hoovering and the general housekeeping was below standard. The ticket prices we’re so so at £11.00 each. The snacks were just a joke. The £1 grab bags you would get from a supermarket or £store were being charged at £3.59 and the popcorn was in excess of £5.00. The pick and mix was double the price of any local shop. Thank you for the local supermarket for the same items at much lower prices.

No queues and straight in to screen 1. Parking is easy, level access from car park to all screens. Cinema was clean, not a lot of staff around. Purchased sweets and politely informed by staff that they are quite expensive, booked online. Screen 1 seating layout is good, lines of sight are good and acoustics are great, seat comfort is average to good.

We have visited this cinema many times and every time it enrages me that there is no desk for people that haven’t booked their tickets online can purchase their tickets! We queued for 20 minutes just to buy a bottle of water and a bag of popcorn as a lot of the customers hadn’t already bought their tickets (we always do before), I am sure if they open just one desk for people buying tickets this would ease the strain on the whole refreshment area and they wouldn’t have 20 minute queues.
Also they had 4 staff members serving and if two were serving and two were filling drinks and popcorn etc the queues would also be reduced. Maybe another idea could be a vending machine for people who have pre ordered their tickets and just want a bottled drink and a bag of popcorn.

Booking through the machines in the foyer was easy, as ever with cinemas the snacks/ refreshments were way over priced, but it is up to you if you have them or not. The seats were comfortable, but the problem was the the theatre was nearly full, the ventillation/air con did not seem to be working and by the end the temperature was really uncomfortable

Booked tickets on line same day to see Mamma Mia. We got Greta seats and easy to book.
When we arrived we went straight through showing email of tickets off our phone. Girl was police and welcoming. Very busy which we expected and all was good. Film was great and we brought drinks from reception which were fine over priced as always but this is normal. Guy on counter was polite and professional.
Our only issue was we could hear noice from film and people laughing and talking from next screen whilst watching our film, this was distracting and never noticed this before in any cinemas I have been to. Great film and place just a shame about noice from next screen.

It is easy to park here right outside of the cinema within the confines of the retail park

The staff are friendly and helpful and the cinema has good spacious seats with drink holders and is clean inside
