We visited this cinema whilst on holiday with my two young children. The cinema is small in a retail unit, we had to queue up whilst they cleaned the cinema following the previous showing we were let in with five minutes to go.

Seats were ok but being a tall person I struggled towards the end of the film, the price of the tickets don’t reflect the cinema, I’ve paid less for IMAX which the cinema isn’t.

I understand from previous reviews that this is moving to a new cinema complex, I hope so as this in its current state damages the good name of Cineworld.

Film was wonderful staff pre film unhelpful post film excellant. Tango ice machine was not working and spoilt the experience for three of our party. Explanation and apology only from staff after the film. Nachos too many for the dips provided.

Visited this cinema to watch Moana and overall was good. We had large popcorn for sharing which was great. My 4 year old son loves watching films there and was very clean, seats were great. Better than Odeon in Hastings. Will visit here again

Visit here maybe every other month, depends on what films are showing. Comfortable seats with holders for your cups. Senior citizen rates apply.

We like going here as easy to park. Cinema is fine. Reasonable prices. Can get food and drink. Could probably be done up a bit but it's fine.

Big cutbacks but higher ticket prices?
Had to buy tickets from food outlet stand which took ages.
Seats quite comfy and spacious but do not warrant the high ticket price.
Good parking and plenty of toilets.

Plenty of places to park but tickets at £11:00 per head are expensive

The seats have very good leg room compared to some other cinemas and are fairly comfortable

Visited Cineworld which I find is a pretty average experience these days.
Going to the cinema used to be cool but now the atmosphere is not great.
The film I watched was great but due to being a quiet film with no guns or car chases all I could hear was the explosions of the film next door.
Come on Cineworld reduce your food and drink why do I need to remortgage my house to buy popcorn and a cola.
Now Sky are showing films straight from the cinema why pay so much money to go as even the compare the market mid week offer is not that good value anymore.
Cineworld are their own worst enemy as the Monthly unlimited ticket has gone up, RIP Cineworld.

Being my first time at this Cineworld, I went in open-minded and curious as to how this compares to Brighton and Crawley. Here's what I found:
Positives:
- A Nice sized screen.
- Sound and lighting was great.
- Facilities were clean and functioning.
- An all round nice atmosphere in the foyer and the 'screen room'
- Customer service was pretty good.

Negatives:
- The outside of the cinema looks dreadful, the 'Cineworld' signs were broken, the walls were grimy and litter was plastered all over the floor. It was nowhere near as high maintenance as you would expect to see a 'Cineworld', especially after going to the one in Crawley.
-The seats were slightly uncomfortable, being foldable seats (possibly of a cheaper make than the Crawley ones) they tended to try and 'fold' and would loudly 'squeak' every time you moved. They were not unbearable however...
- Can be a little cramped: being a smaller cinema I found that the foyer became filled up pretty quickly which made it hard to move about, this is not really a huge complaint however as we found we were not waiting there for too long.

Some other things to mention. This is definitely the smallest Cineworld I've been too, not that that's a bad thing, in fact it proves a cinema does not have to be massive to deliver a decent experience. (its about 1/4 of the size of the Crawley cinema).

Lovely place, great for value if your rocking a membership card, I'll only advise miss the busy days, I think their standard of clean is a bit below mine but it's ok considering the price. Only issue I'd mention is they fail on customer service. As a man with autism I'm not a fan of being put on the spot and I nearly got into a argument with a member of staff due to me saying popcorn the wrong way round, he was consistently repeating it 'you mean sweet and salted' made me feel very small. Regards of that I've had some great service before. Just luck of the draw.
