Lovely zoo with interesting, well cared for animals and combined with a range of rides and an adventure play ground for physical play. Will suit very young children but also older ones. There are special themed days so, for example, The Gruffalo was making an appearance in the autumn half term. Very very popular in school holidays so best to book in advance on line and to arrive early to make the most of the day.

Great family day out. Generally aimed at younger children but it's reasonably priced in comparison to other such venues and you can genuinely spend pretty much a full day there.

Top destination for young families. Superb zoo featuring a large range of mid to small sized animals plus fairground rides. A few of the attractions have additional costs which are bit higher than I think appropriate. Decent food options. Staff very welcoming.

Pretty pricey! But a lovely place to go if you want to see some cute animals for an afternoon. Definitely a place to go if you have young children - The boyfriend and I went on our own and we were definitely the only people without kids haha! We didn't care though, got to see some lovely animals including my favourite Fennec Foxes and Servals.
At £19 a ticket per adult it was a bit steep and would put me off coming again.

Despite living in London, Drusillas Park is one of our kids favourite days out. We've been numerous times and each time we discover and enjoy a new aspect of the zoo or the numerous other attractions.

This time, being winter, we didn't spend as much time as usual in the play park, although still had the drag the kids out of it at the end of they day. Interesting to see plans for 'Go Safari' rides next to the Hello Kitty Secret Garden attraction and the new water splash zone which will be fun to try when we visit again in warmer months.

The highlight of the zoo this time were the Lorikeets birds who nestled on our shoulders and hats as we walked round their enclosure. We also learnt a lot in the educational hut where we saw poor Gnasher the Beaver and the Red Panda who were alive and well last time we visited but are now stuffed and available to stroke close up!!

Visited just after Christmas. Two adults and three young children.

Good points:

Friendly, jolly staff.

Bad points:

Only one of three kitty rides working on day of visit.

Park very worn and shabby.

The park is very poorly lit. A health and safety issue.

Soft play ok but in need of a serious deep clean as its exceedingly dirty, smelly and very dusty throughout.

Some flooring surfaces a trip hazard throughout the park.

Poor value for money for a one off visit. Especially when rides are closed.

Car park exceedingly dangerous. No adequate lighting when dark. A serious issue. We witnessed a car reverse into a buggy. Fortunately it was empty.

An absolutely fabulous day out with the grandchildren. Father Christmas was the highlight with Winter Wonderland and the magical lights.
The kids lived all the small animals and the park was the best experience ever. So much to see and do.
We will be back.

What a fantastic day my grandchildren and I had today, Father Christmas was absolutely wonderful!

A lovely day out for all the family helped by the fact that all the rides and attractions are included in the price. Thank you drucillas!

Had tarantula and snake experience in one day a few hours apart. Animal keepers were very patient with this mature, tearful scarycat. Came away feeling like I had climbed Everest. The keepers were informative, understanding and of my anxiety. I wish I had done this years ago and would recommend this to anyone. Good restaurant offering hot choices not too overpriced and parks version of McDonald's if you prefer fast food. Plenty of animals and although we didn't have children with us we very much enjoyed the zoo in between close encounters

My family and I absolutely love this park. It has interactive fun for kids and big kids too! It has a wide range of amazing and interesting animals, There are rides, a Thomas train, gifts shops and you can get close up to the meerkats and leemurs (but mustn't touch them). They have restaurants and refreshment outlets and the very large play areas are guaranteed to wear your children out!! It's excellent value for money and provides all day entertainment. You can even book a close encounter experience. I did for my son's birthday..he met and fed the penguins. It was a brilliant day! The staff were friendly and informative and helped us to have the best day ever!! Thank You Drusillas!
