Fantastic place for young kids, especially those who love trains! Included in the ticket price is a miniature train ride which is nice and long around a lake with some interesting features to see including a tunnel and a suspension bridge. There's a big main play area and a couple if smaller ones to find as you walk around the lake, some Thomas and friends themed bits (which my boy loves) and a fun little maze. We had a lovely day out. We attended while social distancing measures were in place and they were very good.

We stumbled across this place when looking for days out near Norman's Bay. It took around 20 minutes to drive and it was absolutely worth the little journey out to it. What a treasure it is. The train driver and conductor were very friendly and the train ride was excellent and a little more speedy than I expected. We had a great time on it. The playground and maze and walks were all beautifully maintained. We spent half a day here and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you for having us.

A very good day with my daughter and grandchildren. Lovely walks around the lakes, with another play area in-between.

A fantastic gem in Eastbourne. Have been going for years and even with the Covid-19 it is a great day out with all safety and precautions made. Definitely worth a visit. You will not be disappointed
