Eastbourne and the Pier were a lot prettier than I expected. First trip was short so will definitely go back. Plenty of parking in the back streets with a short walk to the Pier.

Went for a stroll along the promenade and then down the pier. Had the obligatory ice cream, which was very nice. The set up is just how I remembered piers being as a kid. Always worth a visit.

Very windy at the time I went on the pier so not the best time to be on it. Plenty of seating on it for when the weather is nice. Has a tea room part way along as well, looked nice inside the afternoon tea I saw a few people having looked good. Also has a couple of shops but that's about it.
