Every year I go on a study trip with students to S E T Bremen, England. When I stay in Eastbourne I often stay at the Atlanta Hotel. It has a very pleasant atmosphere, the rooms are OK and the breakfast is very good. I can highly recommend the Atlanta Hotel. Kind regards, Karl-Heinz Weber

I almost grew up on this pier and remember fishing, no longer allowed, and going to the night club and playing in the arcade. Sadly since the blue room was destroyed by fire the pier seems to lack any atmosphere but the new owners has made big efforts to remedy this. There is a bar/restaurant near the end and if you are looking for some bracing sea air or a beautiful view towards beechy head and Eastbourne seafront then we'll worth a stroll.

I went for a walk around the pier on Monday , only to find that the old night club has been turned into a gaming hall ! It's a great for youngsters to go out of the rain to enjoy them selves, the bar come restaurant is great but the beer not my liking , the one thing that is missing for me ! Is a good coffee shop , don't under stand what happened to coffee republic!! Still worth a look around ??
