Arcade staff, had one today in the middle arcade, man who so rude! Doesnât know how to behave around kids. Made my kids feel uncomfortable. Shameful!

Stayed in Eastbourne this week just gone - home today. Had a lovely walk on the pier, which is very smart looking and has some really lovely shops , shop owners very friendly and cheery . Nothing too much trouble- I bought some lovely little gifts for the family. Very pleased with them all. Very reasonable for quality items . Special mention for the crystals etc shop, two young ladies serving - very pleasant - thank you , my daughter will love the gifts - good luck with your business, :) . Also can't leave this review without a mention to the delightful Victorian Tea Rooms situated on the pier- we were made to feel so very welcome - the place was spotless and Molly , our server , went out of her way to bring me sandwhiches I could eat - thank you Molly ! Beautiful chandeliers , too- you must see!

Nice pier to walk on. We weren't particularly attracted to the range of restaurants and shops, but the center of Eastbourne has something to offer for everyone. We enjoyed the Airshow on the Pier and it was beautiful. Even though it was busy with people, we still felt safe. We used the toilets in the Arcade and they were clean and preferable to the other toilets on the beach. The whole has an atmosphere of English yesteryear and is a nice icing on the cake of this seaside resort.

The pier is 300 meters long and built on stilts, which has an exellent arcade and the cafe's are very good.
