We went to celebrate my daughter's birthday. From start to end - we were amazed by their warm welcome, excellent greek cuisine and superb sevice. We went for sharing greek meze which included a starter, main and a desert for £19.99 - which offered a great value and tasted excellent. We also ordered Chicken Souvlaki - which was perfectly cooked superb dish. My daughter was over the moon happy when they played 'Happy Birthday' song and brought the cake for her. You made our day!

The feta cheese starter in honey and sesame seeds was brilliant. We didn't have the meatball starter but saw somebody else have it and that looked amazing too.

As day visitors to Eastbourne we had plenty of choice. We went for the set lunch option and are very pleased with our choice. Friendly staff and good food with plenty of choice. Just what we wanted.

Four of us visited for an evening meal on a quiet Monday evening. We chose 2 starters to share, a main course each and a very nice bottle of Greek red wine.
The portions were very generous and it was a good decision to share the two starters. The carrot and apricot croquettes sounded very unusual and they were delicious.
My main course was the Stifado, beef stew, served with mash potatoes. Very tasty and filling. I couldn't finish it. Unfortunately we were too full to try the dessert but we were very tempted.

Visited here at the end of January,,,,we were staying in Eastbourne and wanted something to eat that was a bit different. After reviewing several restaurants on trip advisor,,,we chose gr/eat,,as it had fab reviews. We weren't disappointed,,,there were 5 of us and we all chose the meze,,,the food just kept coming,,,it was delicious. The young girl waitress was fab,,knowledgeable on the menu,,,and very friendly.
Restaurant was easy to find,, clean,,,and friendly. My only small,,,and I mean small,, is that it would of been nice to have a,bigger table for 5 of us,,,as we ran out of space with all the dishes. I'd thoroughly recommend gr/eat,,,and when we are next in Eastbourne we will be going back.

Our daughter had come to see us for the weekend and my wife immediately thought of Gr’eat for a meal. On the Tuesday she rang to book and we got the last available table for Saturday!

We were invited by friends to a meal in Great and had a really lovely night out.
Staff are really great, friendly and efficient and the Greek cuisine genuine and great quality.
We chose the Greek Meze at £19.90, amazing value and great fun for our group of six, the starters just kept coming but when we finally got to the main course our gast was flabbered, another great course.

The best greek restaurant I have eaten in in the uk. The food is freshly cooked often by the greek owner and it is so popular it is difficult to get a table unless booked in advance

Tried to book a table on the day I wanted and they are very busy. The lady that answered was struggling to fit us in as they were really booked up. The owner got on the phone and he said we can have a table as long as we are happy to give it up by a certain time, which suited us just fine. Our party had a mix of Vegan and meat eaters and there was loads to choose from for all. The food came out promptly and everyone really enjoyed the food. We did order loads and had to ask for a doggy bag to leave with. Very good dining experience.

I and 5 others went for a meal on New Years Eve, and what a treat we had. We just managed to book this restaurant on the agreements that we were not late and left at the given time as they were so booked up and needed the tables. We are all so pleased we agreed to the terms as all of us enjoyed the food so much, we were transported back to Greece. We all had the meza, starters main meal and desserts, it just kept coming and coming and all was so tasty. The staff were very intentive and very polite although very busy. Thank you very much, all of you for making our New Years Eve so special, and well done, we will definitely be back when in Eastbourne again. Maxine
