Took my dad for his 75 th birthday, food was hot, and delicious served in a timely manner. The wine recommendation was superb. Easy to book table and make amendments via website and phone. Very clean and had no concerns.

Had a lovely meal with friends here on Saturday night. The food and service were brilliant.

First time back since end of lockdown, the food was wonderful as ever, like a fine wine you eat it slowly and savour great flavours on the palate, of particular note this time were the tomato sauce, taramasalata and coleslaw, such a fine experience to eat here.

I’d done quite a bit of research online and had booked our table at Gr/eat a couple of weeks beforehand.
We were quickly seated at our table and then proceeded to review the extensive menu and wine list. We eventually settled on giant beans and also the sesame halloumi souvlaki skewers for starters. For mains we had the whole grilled sea bream which was superb, together with the lamb chops and chips. Both arrived with Greek salad sides. For dessert we chose the kataifi with a custard topping which was really ice, plus the Greek yoghurt, honey and fruit. The whole event was finished off with a Greek coffee and a 3 star Metaxa.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was efficient and friendly. We’d definitely recommend it and would certainly go back to try some more menu options when next in Eastbourne. All we needed was another 10 or 15 degrees temperature to round off the evening but the English ‘summer’ didn’t oblige.

Oh wow All the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend the Chef Meze .loved the food , atmosphere and the staff were so helpful . Definitely deserves to be no 1 restaurant in Eastbourne. Strongly recommend booking this restaurant.

Had the calamari and halloumi to start, which both accompanied by a dip and grape+basil salad to add extra flavour to the starter dishes.
We then enjoyed the mussels and beef stew as mains.
Both of which filled us up and tasted great.
Will be returning to try other dishes, I assure you!

Ok so not one usually for leving reviews but simply had to - Anniversay meal last night, and as the wife and all love Greek food, culture and destinations - we gave this place a try. My god was it worth it. Great welcome on arrival, lovely clean (respectful of the current COVID restrictions/space) Super menu with loads of choice - The wife had the octopus and said it was gorgeous - we had lamb shank (amazing) and Mousakka for mains..... loved every mouthful. This place is so worth it's No1 position on tripadvisor - give it a try you won't be dissapointed.

Stopped for lunch and picked a table outside. Great choice on menu and decided to go for the Pelion sharing platter and was delighted to order a Mythos beer in the hope all these could transport me and remind me of Greece where I should have been. The food arrived and looked incredible and tasted even better. Tender meat, crispy fried chips sprinkled with oregano, light Pitta breads, gorgeous meat patties, local greek sausage - if I closed my eyes I could have been in Greece. So authentic and delicious. Friendly waiting staff, reasonable prices. Perfect.

Arrived in Eastbourne around lunch time and looked around for some lunch. So glad we tried this place.

I had the Humus and bread and a chicken Pita Wrap with chips. One of the best wraps I have had.Please give this place a try.
