How to give the kids a taste of Greece without leaving the UK? We found the answer in Eastbourne. A simply scrumptious lunch - with cleared plates all around. Normally fussy daughter demolishing olives, son stealing the tzatziki and eating the beautifully flavoured rice first on his plate. Fantastic service from passionate and welcoming staff. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My only challenge is to try and recreate the flavours at home

Went last night with my wife and small dog,Had the most fantastic meal here,we sat outside on the patio area with our small dog..really friendly helpfull service the (the young man and young girl) would recommend this lovely restaurant. Thanks.

I got the sharing meat platter for lunch with my partner. The meat was nice, minimal amount of chips and unfortunately one of them had a hair on. Unfortunately we had eaten most of the meal before we saw this. Hence the restaurant getting a 3 rather than a 4 out of 5.
And a lot of my family got the lunch deal of starter and main. They said the Greek salad was quite watery and that the Greek sausage tasted more like a bratwurst but it was still a good sausage. The staff were friendly but the acoustics are quite bad so it got very loud as soon as there was more than one table sat inside. Overall it’s good value and the food other than the hair was good. Wouldn’t rush back.

I took my eight year old daughter for lunch and it was lovely .... fabulous service .... delicious food and drinks ....the restaurant is lovely, nice and inviting ...we liked it so much we are going back Sunday with the family !

We ate at this restaurant twice during a weekend stay in Eastbourne. We originally booked a table one evening during our trip but went twice as the food was very good.
On both occasions the food was amazing, great service and the house wine was lovely.We would definitely return if we were in the area again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first here 2 weeks ago when we enjoyed the Seafood Meze. It was amazing! Our experience of the authentic food (& Metaxa!), staff, service, setting meant I returned with two friends last weekend and it was certainly as good second visit. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

From arrival until leaving, we were well looked after and had a very enjoyable evening.
We had a delicious bottle of red - recommended by our waiter (who was fabulous!) and it was so nice, I bought three bottles for friends and they all loved it too. Our food - we shared the mezze - was amazing, make sure you’re very hungry as it’s very filling!
For dessert, we were given a delicious treat including baklava (our favourite!) for my birthday and the lady on a neighbouring table with candles and everyone sang which was lovely too.
Excellent location, very convenient as close to the seafront.
A really wonderful visit, can’t recommend Gr/Eat enough and will definitely return on other visits to the town.

7 of us celebrated a family Birthday so plumped for the Meze. It was terrific, very tasty and plentiful. Staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. The atmosphere was great and the service excellent. Highly recommended.

Wowee! What an amazing restaurant. We came here on a Tuesday evening and they were completely booked out, but they told us to come back in half an hour. So glad we came back! We opted for the halloumi, hummus, spinach parcels and honey feta. Every single dish was flavourful, fresh and generously portioned. The manager/owner was so friendly and accommodating - regularly checking in that everything was okay. I will be rushing back and remembering to book next time!

My wife & I had a lovely meal here, this Greek restaurant is very popular & was full when we arrived, best to make a reservation well in advance! It's a very comfortable & clean restaurant with very friendly, courteous & helpful staff. The service was quick (you're given an estimate of how long it will take) The food was delicious, well presented & hot. There are toilets downstairs which are clean & the ladies had complimentary toiletries. There is also seating outside. We were also lucky to have set right next to Annabel Croft, a former professional British female tennis player.

Walking by the restaurants we spotted this one and loved the seating outside so we decided to pop in . Went for the set menu for £11 and we both had the same …. Greek salad for starters and chicken wrap as main. It was absolutely delicious, really good value for money and top quality food

Can't Express how good this restaurant is. We have been there 4 times now and eaten their set meze meal. We must try something new but it is too delicious.

I enjoyed lunch here two years ago and was keen to experience it in the evening. The restaurant was full and there was a good buzz. A top-class, family-run, restaurant. It's bright, modern and tastefully decorated. The Olympus Grill Platter was good value at £40. Two of us just managed to eat Greek sausage, beef patties, chicken souvlaki, lamb chops and lovely bread. The Greek salad looked nice, if you like that sort of thing. Wine is reasonably priced.

We had the seafood platter sharer and it was absolutely amazing. We love to go on holiday to Greece and the food here was better than any we’ve had in Greece. Lovely service and authentic feel with a geek drinks and desert too. Brilliant Restuarant.
