What an amazing place, staff were fantastic and very friendly.
Price was so reasonable for everything that there is to do there, even though some was closed for covid procedures we managed to fill our time from 11am to 4.30pm.

I/we felt safe and thought that the park was so clean, also reasonable food prices too.

Shame some of the staff had to put up with being questioned about wearing masks inside and getting funny looks, but you cant help having annual pass holders who have their stuck up their own backside.

Well done for providing an amazing place for kids to be entertained.

I had never been before and thought I would treat my daughter to a fun day out before she started school. Upon arrival there were safety measures in place due to Covid which I expected anyway. We started with a walk around the animals until we came to the small outdoor pool my daughter really wanted to go in but I didn’t know they had a pool (pirate cove) and didn’t bring her swimming costume it wasn’t very warm anyway. We then Came to the go carts which you have to pay extra for a go on them which I didn’t mind paying but the queue was too long so we decided to come back later and try again. We then found an outdoor play park (chestnut wood adventure play park) so my daughter had a play for a while before we moved on to see what else we could find. We came across the water slide (wave runner) my daughter got brave and wanted to have a go with me but unfortunately you can only ride individually and she was too small I won’t complain about this as it obviously for safety. My daughter then found the jumping pillow and really wanted a go so we joined a short queue and she went on. They are limiting the number of children on at any one time now therefore they cannot stay on for as long as they want and if they want to stay longer they have to re-queue which is understandable given the complications of Covid. I brought drinks and ice creams from the little hut next to the jumping pillow and they were quite reasonable prices. We then continued to walk around and see what else we could find. We played a game of mini golf and my daughter when on the Fairground swing which she absolutely loved she went on a second time as there wasn’t a queue. We then walked through the bird enclosures and came to the huge

We had a great time here x Very well organised, timed slots and restricted numbers meant we were able to enjoy all that was on offer. Plenty of hand wash stations and sanitiser around the park.
We will be returning soon x

Right after pandemic- amazing visit, much better than Drusillas. No crowds, all clean, the prices are really affordable though the place is huge. It has such a good variety of things to do- doesn't get boring. Went with a three year old and a baby, both had fantastic time; were the last ones to leave.
Staff is fantastic, so helpful! Very kind and cheerful, despite super hot day.

Think older kids are better coming on a weekend or at a school break time

Great place but we went on a day where mostly everything was closed. Wasn't clear on the website but happy to support.local business during these times. We left after and hour.

Currently not everything is open. I have a 2 year old and a newborn but there was enough there for the price to make it a good day out. We mainly looked at the animals, bounced on the pillow and played in the park.

Missing a star as I felt full adult price for my son who just turned 2 is a bit much.

Plenty to keep little ones entertained, even despite several attractions remaining closed due to the Covid-19 situation. Not a lot to keep older children/teens entertained really so worth bearing in mind. The go-karts are suitable for older children/teens and adults as well as adventure golf. Eating facilities were takeaway only as is to be expected at the moment. Most eateries remain closed but the burger bar was open during my visit. Could do with additional staff to manage the long que and the extra demand placed on it.

Great place to entertain the kids. One of the staff members who we bumped into on Almost every ride seemed to love his Job which was so nice to see. I couldn't tell you his name but he had a beard and liked batman.
The animals were cool and the place was tidy and run well. Great day out
