Great day out for kids. They have gone to a lot of trouble to do things right.

I booked tickets here on an extremely hot day to take my grandson as the last time we came here we had such a good time. We had to pre book tickets due to CV19 which is totally understandable and we had to pick a time slot to enter the park, this gave me the impression that they were trying to limit the numbers entering to allow social distancing. The staff as we entered were great, we were given good instructions which were simple to follow, keep left, wash your hands and socially distance. Simple yes? For me but apparently no one else as soon as they got past the first 10 foot into the park! As we went around the corner into the picnic area and trampolines etc I was mortified at how many people were in this place! However we went around the further parts of the animal fields to try to escape the crowds but alas no one else wanted to keep their distance. We stayed until it just got too ridiculous to try and distance from people. Staff great, park great, the problem here is that when your car park and the over flow car park are packed and you’re in the middle of a global pandemic, you’ve got too many people in the park. I appreciate they’re trying to make lost money back but not at the cost of public safety, sorry.

Had a wonderful day here today with my little one and her two friends. So much to do for the price it costs to get in, even with a few attractions shut due to COVID they’ve handled it so well. Really recommend !

Well what can I say...one of the best days we've had out as a family in a LONG time!
It was a nice drive from the Southeast coast of Kent and on arrival there were staff who were very welcoming directing cars to parking spaces, leaving a space inbetween to adhere to their social distancing guidelines.
The entry price was reasonable at just over £30 for me, my wife and my son (my other 2 boys were free as they're a lot younger). We paid in advance online so it was quick getting in.
The place was well mapped out with so much to do still despite some of the attractions being closed due to government guidelines reference Covid-19. The go-karts and the rowing boats were my favourites but my boys really enjoyed the castle activity area and the water park area.
We got some burgers, chips and drinks for lunch which again was reasonable at around £25 for the 4 of us (youngest still on milk!). The food was really tasty too.
The animals to see were fantastic and great to walk through with the wallabies out in the open.
I must say though that the main thing that stood out for me was the friendliness and professionalism of every staff member there! Throughout the day we were greeted with natural smiles and interactions with staff that you could tell were happy within their job and this then created a fabulous atmosphere. So we would like to give a huge personal thanks to all staff there.
We look forward to visiting here again in the future.

We had a wonderful day today at Knockhatch. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great rides included in the entry price. Brilliant for very little kids but also older ones. The Dragon castle keeps children busy for ages. A few queues but all very bearable. The paddling pool is really entertaining and the big water slide is fun for both children (height restrictions) and adults alike. The animals are a great attraction too, especially the owl show. Definitely recommended for families with children of all ages.

Fabulous family day out, really is something for all ages. We went with Covid measurements in place, lots of hand sanitizer station, staff were vigilant with cleaning of rides and play areas, also staff guidence in busy areas such as the water play and some toilet blocks. We ate at the burger cafe, plenty of outdoor seating and much of it in the shade which was nice on a particularly hot day 😊
Throughout the park there was plenty of seating areas and picnic areas, with bins that were emptied regularly...... The park itself was immaculate...... No rubbish anywhere...... 👌
As for the attractions, as a family, we were entertained from 10.30 till closing at 17.30......there was so much for everyone to enjoy, I would highly recommend as a family friendly park which provides amazing value for money 👌💜👨‍👩‍👦

A lot to see(owls, parrots and other animals)Well organised during this pandemic. Shame didn't see all attractions, but was enough anyway.
We had really bad weather, but enjoyed every minute as most of animals are in barns/sheds. Food is excellent 👌
Definitely will come back
