We visited knockhatch on a sunday spent 4 hrs here. The kids love it. Plenty to do but its a shame u pay to get in pp but certain attractions u have to pay extra to do which makes it pricey.

Excellent value for money. Lots of different attractions and variety of animals that suits ages from young to old. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the food queue organisation is very poor. By the time the queue has gone down after collecting your hot food by the time you reach the till the food is nearly cold. If you want hot drinks you have to wait slowly for someone to make them your food is now completely cold. There is only one till.. why not reverse the queue system so that you pay for what you want including having any hot drinks made then get a ticket.. or give the kitchen server a ticket for what is to be made up for order. The quality of food is average. I liked the old system of order food and it was cooked and your number was called so you received it hot and also you could get a whole pizza not just a slice like now.

The kids love it here, and there is so much for children and adults alike to do. They are one of the very few petting zoos I've found so far, but they are so much more than that. The prices you pay are cheap for what you can do there, and there are only a few attractions in there that you have to pay for, and even they are only a couple pounds.

I don’t normally write reviews but we went here today because we were bored of the same old Chessington or paultons park or drusillers ect and I never knew how great this place was.
Obviously no rides as such or very few but the play areas were amazing. Adults were even allowed on them which was great because they were enormous and enormous fun. Both my kids had an awesome day we will definitely be coming back.
Surprisingly clean for a families park.
Best part: Hard to pick but probably the dinasar building.
Worst part: harder to pick but maybe the signpost for toilets.
So impressed with this place it probably looks like a fake review.
I should mention my kids are 3 & 7 and probably wouldn’t be anywhere near as good if they were teenagers.

This place is INCREDIBLE. Softplay, animals, wall climbing, bungee trampolines, bouncing pillows, picnic areas, sandpit, playground, slides, water slides, robotic dinosaurs, go karts, small rides, a gigantic wooden castle with a dragon in it and SO MUCH MORE!

Adults can join in, and believe me when I say you will probably want to.

If you book in advance it reduces the entry fee a bit and compared to Drusilla's it's extremely affordable. After 3.30 it's half price.

The carpark isn't massive but they do have two overflow areas. However they don't guarantee you a parking spot.

Check whether you are visiting on an orange or green day as some parts of the park are closed on green day's and this could be extremely disappointing.

Great place but there are a lot of extras activities that you have to pay for. Tends towards either a costly day out or upset children.

We had loads of fun as a family. Plenty to do for both children (age 10 and 7). It’s a small park but that made it easier to access. Highlights of the day were the go karts and the water slide. Oh and Barney, the talking parrot who met at the end as we were leaving.

Upon booking, you get a time slot to enter. This is a good idea as it staggers entry. However, as we only booked a a few days before going, we ended up getting the 2pm time slot. This was frustrating as we had to pay the same amount as those who were entering at 10am. I understand why Knockhatch have had to do this but it meant that my children didn’t get to go visit every attraction. Would’ve loved to spend the day there!

Went today with 8 adults a teenager and a 4 year old. We all enjoyed our day especially the animal encounters and the owl display, Owen and Lee were knowledgable and keen to explain about the animals and owls in their care. All the staff were cheerful and pleasant. We saw Owen again in the Owl enclosure and he explained about their training and is obviously extremely passionate about the welfare of all the birds.
The younger members of our party loved the petting zoo and all the play areas especially the dinosaurs. All in all a great value for money experience for all ages.

Visited as a family during October half term week. Vampire show very bad taste, totally inappropriate and unsuitable for young children.
Lunch time long queue in cafe, food poor quality and very limited choice.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Excellent facilities throughout the park and plenty to keep children happy and entertained all day.
However beware of extra charges on some rides or facilities.
Will definitely return but won't be watching any shows and will bring a picnic!
On the whole a great day out and well worth a visit.
