walked past this restaurant in Eastbourne and decided to book as it looked good. Good evening meant most tables were booked up, but we came early. We had a personal welcome from manager and chef. What a social place and a lovely surprise warm atmosphere. We love Turkish food, and their wonderful charcoal open fire cuisine. Chef bread and meze - handmade onsite, and what a variety! Delicious. We had kebabs and meze. Lovely personal service form all staff, we really recommend this place for authentic Turkish fresh good food.

We were looking for a good, fresh meal in Eastbourne. Meze is wonderful traditional Turkish restaurant, got a charcoal grill in middle of restaurant. Frequented by lots of Turkish families with chefs working on a central open kitchen BBQ fire. The food is cooked fresh right in front of you, so you can see it's good. We'll definitely visit and come back again to dine.

The food was on point, cooked fresh in front of you and generous portions. They greet you with a complimentary basket of fresh, warm bread, butter and olives. Meat is halal. Staff was really lovely and good to interact with.

Visited Meze on Saturday with my daughter and wow the food was amazing 😍 I loved that you could see your food being cooked and how incredibly fresh the ingredients looked, I had the salmon which was spiced to perfection yum, the staff were absolutely lovely and we felt welcome and well looked after, will definitely eat there again when in Eastbourne 😊

Great food cooked by a 5* chef right in front of you. The food is really amazing and very fresh. The service is outstanding with welcoming hot bread and starters. Definitely a must go to eat restaurant in Eastbourne. We really enjoyed the atmosphere with traditional music. Looked for a Turkish restaurant and found a little place that makes us feel like in Turkey
