Worst Insurance company I’ve ever come across, needed to do a company check up after expriencing their dreadful customer service the claim handlers made Vicky Pollard sound polite and more helpful i for a moment thought May be I got conned by a bogus insurance company that’s the why they made me feel.. no chance stay away from 1 Answer and the partners to name HAVEN sweet as honey when you take out their policy no problems it starts when you have a accident stay well clear if don’t want to find out.

I had Scott as the middle man 4my quotes.. the 1st quote was brilliant considering I have a disqualification & points but he phoned bk with an even better quote.... I genuinely didnt think I'd even get insurance & at that price aswell. Couldnt be happier . Excellent customer service skills aswell 😄

I do love my renewal process with One Answer, the make my life so much easier and Natalie was very helpful in getting me the best possible price. They have looked after me now since 2014 and though some years I can save a few pounds elsewhere the service I get from the team is well worth it.

I cant reccomend highly enough if your driving license/driving record is chequered.. Chris Greenaway was efficient, quick with answers and information and provided me with the best insurance quote of the day and I was more than happy to part with my hard earned cash to take out a policy with him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company, a real find.

I am giving these guys 5 stars for monumentally F****** me up the A** without even touching me!! Surely thats supernatural stuff! 🧐. Was told £100 to cancel my policy as i was paying way more than other insurers quoted on a monthly basis however, sent a letter with another ZERO added on! Either this was a typo or you all need back to school basic training again?? I have been waiting to be answered on the phone for the past 30 minutes however its still ringing.. Are you all coming up with a new solution to take me up the duff again?? Because i tell you what, honestly I'm still unable to walk from the last one sorry guys.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Brad Goble. Absolutely went above & beyond for me to get the best deal he could, which I know was difficult having just gotten off a ban. I also have an ongoing dispute with a previous insurer, to which he even called them himself & found out things I wasn't even aware of. He then came back to me with an even better deal the following day & everything was transferred over. I will be recommending Brad & the company to any of my friends or family who need insurance.
