Visited the restaurant today with friends for a pre-show lunch. Excellent food and service, reasonably priced 2/3 course menu. Will dine there again on our next visit to the theatre in May.

We have loved this restaurant for many years and came almost weekly when we lived in Eastbourne. Each time we visit we come and this was the first time we brought our little boy.
Great bambino menu and very good value. His pizza was huge. Our meals were very well cooked and the service was swift and professional.

Visited for dinner on Saturday. Extensive gluten-free menu for an Italian restaurant. Good food and service was fantastic despite them being quite busy.

A Saturday evening out on our short stay in Eastbourne. This was a short walk from out hotel so we booked a table. On arrival, staff seemed to be everywhere except seating us. Once seated we chose from an extensive menu (it took a lot of time to decide). The food was very nice and I’d go back, but maybe on a quieter night of the week.

A variated italian menu. Also pasta and pizza for celiacs. The food arrived fast, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was really nice.

A great Italian restaurant that was very busy on a Saturday night. Excellent options for gluten free vegetarian, and accommodating to other intolerances. Great value for money on top of it.

Came here unwittingly on “Mother’s Day”! It was my last day in Eastbourne and the other Italian (next door, same owners) was fully booked. This establishment offers a good selection of pizzas and was slightly cheaper than next door.
I was happy with my ham and mushroom pizza followed by a tiramisu plus a large glass of verdicchio all for £19.Staff were very busy but pleasant will definitely return.

Love this Italian restaurant. Usually go a Monday to Thursday as they do a good set menu deal. But went on a Saturday to celebrate Mother's day. Evenings you must book , very busy. But attentive service and didn't wait long for drinks or food. Food was excellent and presented well.Grandkids loved the pizzas. Only one very small issue was the ice cream did have some ice crystals in it . All other desserts were great and we'll presented. We will definitely be back

Came across this lovely Italian restaurant whilst on my travels in Eastbourne. From the moment I walked in, the staff were very professional and attentive. The food was not rushed, it tasted fresh, hot and full of flavour. The restaurant was very clean and the service was exceptional. I will be certain to return next time I’m in Eastbourne.

Once again I had a lovely meal here with friends. Excellent food and not really that expensive. I love the pizzas and pasta here. You can tell it is run by Italians! I can’t resist pizza here but on this occasion had the lamb dish with mash and a side of veg.
Service is of a very high standard and my Polish waiter was excellent.
Thank you once again for a very enjoyable experience.

We love Pomodoro e Mozzarella.
The food is good, great atmosphere, family friendly and fast service even when packed (almost always).
Our children love their pizzas, pasta or veal milanese.
Pasta is cooked "al dente" as you would expect.
Extremely good value for money.

This restaurant never fails to please and the food is always excellent and the staff efficient and friendly. Celebrated my birthday here with my family and they even put a candle on the dessert and gave me a birthday card. Nice Touch

My brother-in-law was visiting us at the weekend and reminded us that in March last year we went to Pomodoro and had such an enjoyable meal that he would like to go again!
We chose to go mid-afternoon on Saturday as we hadn't booked and luckily there were tables available.Yet again the staff were very friendly, welcoming and efficient. We still had problems deciding what to eat as the menu is very extensive with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Eventually the men decided to have a starter and main course (but not from the set menu), my brother-in-law having the mushrooms and my husband having the small penne amatriciana, with some bread to soak up the juices. Both were delicious - I had to sample both since I had decided to pass up on starter!.
For mains both men had the veal whilst I had the seafood tagliatelle. Absolutely gorgeous and such generous portions.Sadly, yet again we didn't have room for dessert but perhaps next time we might?
Rest assured we will be back again - my brother-in-law says it's his favourite Italian and since he is a chef and lived in Italy for a while, that is high praise indeed. Thanks everyone for making our afternoon so enjoyable.

During a trip to Eastbourne we went to eat there twice. Both times the food was delicious! The pizza was big, thin and very tasty!
The second time we had to wait long for our meal because it was lots to do. But the servants stayed friendly and apologized several times and got us drinks for free! Perfect service! We will come back!
