We went here for a little snack and a drink. The atmosphere was warm. We had a sparkling water, coffee and tirramisu. The Tiramisyu did not match the photo and was a small portion and rather disapointing. I would say that the savory food is probably better and more their speciality. It was warm and cosy in there.

The food is delicious, beautifully presented and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The set menu, which has choices by the way, is very good value.
The “Branzino” was cooked really well but my only criticism would be that the skin wasn’t crispy. According to our waiter it’s always served like that but personally I feel grilling the skin or blowtorching it to crisp it up would make a very good dish, perfect.

Had set menu Monday evening which was cheap so was a bit worried.however the quality quantity and service were all great and there were loads of gluten free options.proper italian home cooking with pizza the size of a small country and wonderful gluten free profiteroles. Great stuff

Was taken here by a local friend on a recent overnight visit to Eastbourne. The food was ok but not exceptional, and likewise the service. I had a bit of a problem with the ambience and décor. Essentially, the restaurant was a large, brightly lit open space, and lacked atmosphere or character.

Family and myself have eaten here many times, food is always good and the service excellent. its in an area with quite a few Italian restaurants and stands out by being the best.

Have eaten at this restaurant previously and being quite good expected the return visit to be the same but sadly it was not, I found it expensive, food wasn't on par either, it was extremely busy due to festive season so we were seated in the basement on a table that was not suitable for such a party size as big as ours. Plus was that the staff are friendly and service was good.

Good Italian food at a good price. £10.80 for 2 courses or £12.80 for 3. Food was good standard, and they were accommodating of a large group that hadn't booked.

We are fairly regular visitors to this friendly restaurant which constantly provides good Italian food in pleasant and comfortable surroundings with attentive but not overburden some staff.
The menu is comprehensive and interesting and reasonably priced so most tastes are catered for from basic pizza to more sophisticated choices.
My only slight criticism would be the size of the restaurant, it's certainly not small and cosy but nevertheless it is still very popular.

We had a terrific 3 course meal here and the staff just cannot do enough for you. It was a Saturday night so perhaps noisier than I would have liked but the atmosphere was a happy one and we'll be returning next time we visit.

Had an early family dinner (7 of us) at 6pm Saturday night. Very friendly and helpful staff and no waiting around to order or for food.
The starters were prompt and good portions without being too big and very tasty.
I had calamari and then sea bass which was absolutely lush and between us we had a variety of starters and mains all of which there was no complaint with anything apart from the smoked salmon and avocado salad which was a little lacking in quantity of avocado!

The pizza were the best we've ever had the the UK and even better than some of the pizzas we had in Rome. The dough was very good and the ingredients very tasty indeed. The atmosphere was great and the waiters and staff were very charming, took time to talk to us in their very busy periods and made us feel like VIPs. We had a 10% tourist discount which they applied without us even asking, as they saw the voucher our table. Excellent experience and we'll certainly be back again

Went with a friend for a quick lunch. Two courses £10.50. Despite it being crowded with a couple of large parties, the service was fast, the staff efficient and friendly, plus the food was tasty with good size portions. Thoroughly recommended.

This restaurant is very welcoming. It has a lively, friendly atmosphere, with everything you could expect from a typical Italian restaurant, including efficient service and excellent food. They are very accommodating of your requirements - I prefer gluten-free, small portions, which is not a problem, apart from the fact that they love to be generous so small portions do not come naturally!

My dinner was delicious! I ordered what was equivalent to the 'eggplant' parmasian in the States. I really enjoyed it. The service was very professional and the price reasonable. Would search this restaurant out if I am in the area again.

We all opted for pasta dishes and all enjoyed our meals. It was a Friday evening and initially we did feel we were being rushed a bit. It seemed that as soon as we had ordered our food and were enjoying a drink the food arrived. After that it was fine and we were able to wait a while to choose desserts/ coffees etc. We have eaten in this restaurant several times and would definitely return when next staying in Eastbourne.
