I cannot recommend Russ Deacon Home Improvements highly enough. From design to installation was smooth & professionally carried out. I am absolutely delighted with the wardrobes, larder cupboard, shelving & boarding of the garage. Nothing was too much trouble. Even adding a couple of small jobs was done with expertise.

I was just replacing door and drawer fronts and work tops initially. I added a couple of extra cupboards along the way. Everything was made to measure. I was advised on various aspects of the job. It is very good quality and I would not hesitate to recommend Russ Deacon.Positive

We went to Russ Deacon for a kitchen refurb as they'd previously designed and installed a fitted wardrobe for our awkwardly shaped bedroom. Their customer care then was excellent and so it was this time. Russ patiently took us through what we wanted, came out to look at the kitchen, asked how we used it all, and then came up with a couple of designs. He carefully took us through these and adapted them to our requests. We trusted him to strip and refit the new kitchen whilst on holiday and our trust was rewarded. He kept us up to date with progress photos and when we returned it was 'WOW!'. The after care was exceptional too as we moved from total gas to total electric with so many questions. I would highly recommend Russ Deacon for their care, their attention to detail and the quality of their work.

Excellent service. From design to implementation it was a joy. So many ideas, solutions and fixes. This was a full bathroom and toilet rip out, plus replacement of CH boiler and relocation in totally new position. Every change we made was met with a "no problem" attitude. The guys who carried out the majority of the work were punctual, informative, helpful.....you name it. Use this company. You will not regret it.

Had various home improvements undertaken, including new kitchen, by Russ Deacon Home Improvements and were delighted with the service we received from start to finish. We intially had dealings with the owner, Russ Deacon, who was clearly very knowledgable & extremely helpful, yet didn't put us under pressure. The works took some 4 weeks in all and throughout this time the entire workforce were efficient, courteous, polite & again, helpful. We are delighted with the end product and would certainly recommend them to others.

I have nothing but superlatives for Russ and Anne Deacon. Their advice was invaluable and their workmen conscientious, expert, punctual and hard-working. If I asked for an opinion Russ would agree only if he believed it to be the best solution. If he thought something was not a good idea then he would say so. In any event, there were never any problems - only solutions. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My bathroom and my shower room are admired by friends and visitors alike.
