Best Thai place in Eastbourne. The owners are very courteous. They suggested us the dishes which we loved. If you are in Eastbourne consider having atleast one meal here

Nice food but was expecting more spicy as was supposed to contain chilli. Food did not come out piping hot - basically had better thai but was nice enough. Staff friendly.

I lived in Asia for nearly 7 years & Thai food is one of my favourite cuisines. In the past 12 months I have traveled to a number of towns & eaten at a lot of Thai restaurants. Sabaidee is the best Thai food I have eaten here in England. Hands down . . . Can recommend.

Superb service and amazing food. A very rare evening away with the other half which has turned out to be the best food and service we have ever had since getting together 9 years ago

On behalf of Eastbourne Hospitality Association, we would like to thank you for a lovely evening. The food was delicious and those with allergies received good advice from our attentive waitress too. Top tip: if you stay at an EHA member hotel you can get a discount at Sabaidee through the passport scheme!

Visited in December for a work Christmas dinner where we occupied the majority of the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Others have mentioned rude staff but I didn't notice anything to suggest this.
We received a set menu with vegetarian options for those who chose them. Good selection but it wasn't clear what was on offer until asking the waiting staff.

Really nice restaurant. Nice to dine outside on a hot day. Food was really good, we had set menu B, just the right amount of food and all very nice.

Staff very polite, the restaurant was busy but service was still quick.

We will definitely come here again if down this way.

Absolutely fabulous Thai food. We had a great meal, starter of greenlip mussels with lemon grass and coconut was delicious and the crispy duck with deep-fried vermicelli rice noodles tasted heavenly. We ordered a bottle of Monsoon Valley Thai white wine with it which was a perfect accompaniment to the food. It is a fresh and fragrant dry white which is perfect to refresh the palate after a mouthful of deliciously spicy food.
The service was great, personal without being intrusive.
A 3 course meal with a bottle of wine and coffees came to just over £80, which is definitely great value for a fantastic dinner!

Another good meal here. From friendly staff we had a quick bite before going to the Devonshire theatre just over the road only £45 for 2. It's advisable to book as it's a small restaurant especially if you are going to the theatre.if you haven't It opens at 5.30 and they will try to fit you in if you get there at opening time.
Try the masaman curry or one of the chiefs specials they're great.
