A place you can find anything you want. Plenty of places to have a coffee at. Clean & tidy, staff at any shop very helpful. Recommend the beacon Eastbourne.

It's OK but I'm not a lover of shopping centres prefer local independent shops

The refurbishment has truly revolutionised the town centre, giving it a much more modern aesthetic, which cannot be said for the surrounding shops. Nonetheless, the stores bring the old with the new (High Street Brands to unheard of businesses). It was relatively clean, disadvantage of wearing shoes not designed for their grip, tiled floors are slippery so be cautious. Multiple entrances to the Beacon, variety of shops and restaurants. To be the central 'beacon' of eastbourne if they persuaded other types of businesses i.e. bowling as prime example.

Accessibility - dedicated disabled parking bays and some for those with fully electric vehicles, lifts and stairs. Word to the wise - parking is free on a Sunday 👍.

Nice shopping centre but not enough people wearing masks even though it's a government requirement.

Nice modern shopping centre but seriously lacking shops, approx 40% of the new section is still empty. Come on Beacon fill the voids

Much better now stores have started opening up again and more retailers have started joining the centre. Food hall / Upstairs is still quite empty with a few food outlets and a few random stores.

Good for a day out. A variety of shops. Including a large Boots, Primark, lush, O2, sports direct, cinema and many others. There is parking available on the top floors of the Beacon. It also is wheel chair accessable throughout.

All the shopping done under one roof. What's not to enjoy? When tired of shopping there are plenty of Restaurants, coffee shops and snack bars to rest your weary feet. Eye testing, hearing tests, and much more. If you are on holiday and the weather is not too good to walk outside, come into the Beacon, have a mooch, have some refreshments, visit the cimema....all, under, the, shelter,of, the, BEACON, EASTBOURNE. Yeah 👍

Nice centre, but not meeting the needs of shoppers.. really could do with a lot more seating! I need to sit down from time to time as I suffer with backache and can never find a seat!!
Loads of spare space so they could easily add lots more seats.

Good indoor shopping centre. Plenty of parking in multi-storey. Good signage. Getting, understandably busier now, of course. Pretty much everything you might want to shop for under one roof.
