I really enjoy going in here. It's bright and airy with a great range of shops. Wheelchair accessible and I can even get around on my mobility scooter.

Nice, light airy shopping mall. A few good restaurants. Could do with having public toilets both end of the precinct - it's quite a walk if you're at the wrong end. For a good old fashioned meal ( lasagne, roast dinner, jackets etc,) you can't beat Shades in the middle. For a tasty snack on the go, there's always Gregg's. Feeling energetic, how about the Ninja Warrior experience. Check it out.

I'm ashamed to say I haven't been to this part of Eastbourne since it was redeveloped. What a difference. I had gone in fact to see a film at the very nice cinema which is part of the development. The Beacon is very accessible to both parking and train and bus access. Inside its spotless with a lot of high end and middle priced shoos all the usual suspects as far as food stops and bars. All in all a good experience and when, if, everything opens up again I will be going for good times again.

Has all the options for clothes shopping etc. Cinema is good. Although not enough food shops with more than one vegan option. Also no where near enough seating areas in the middle of the centre. A handful at best. 60% less than there used to be. This town is 90% OAPs. Sort it out beacon!!
