Eastbourne is just ace and this cente is big enough to get lost in. And has a new cinema, making it more like European city malls with a nod towardsa future where shopping (in person) is an enjoyable and exciting experience.
Wide choice of shops, almost all national chains and bog standard for any high street, two supermarkets and several bakeries.
Not enough seating or really decent eateries/cafes. But lots just on its doorstep. Definitely go there instead of Churchill Square!

Better than old arndale centre obviously as it has more shops, cinema and new food outlets, but still a few empty retail units and food outlets taking a while to fully open on upper level by cinema. Could do with more greenery (plants) as the new part is quite stark as well!

We found this shopping centre to be very helpful during our holiday in Eastbourne. Thereâs a wide range of shops including a modern cinema. Itâs conveniently located and has plenty of parking but can be quite crowded in the afternoon.
